BACKGROUND

REPSOL SAKAKEMANG B.V. (hereinafter called as "COMPANY"), as the Production Sharing Company (PSC) for Sakakemang block in South Sumatera will conduct development for the tie-back of Kaliberau Dalam production to Corridor PSC facilities.

The scope will include the detailed engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the new wellpad facilities and the new gas flowline including the interfaces between the new gas flowline and the existing Grissik gas processing plant COMPANY invites domestic/national service providers to participate in the tender process for EPCI and able to fulfill COMPANY needs in conducting such activities.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATION

EPCI for the Wellpad and Flowline refer to the minimum specification stipulated in the Qualification Instruction document.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Registrant can register according to the schedule specified below by submitting the following documents:

1. Letter of Interest to participate in this Qualification process for the above tender and signed by the Highest Authority Officer or Power of Attorney in duty stamp in the event that the Highest Authority Officer is unavailable.

2. Copy of valid Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi (SPDA) in accordance with the requirements of the business scale.

3. Name of the PIC during this tender process including email and phone number.

SCHEDULE & ISSUANCE OF QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT

1. Qualification Registration: 19-22 January 2021, at 08:00 to 15:00 WIB through email to tendercommittee_jkt@repsol.com dan cc: mrmaharani@repsol.com and novy.fridayani@servexternos.repsol.com along with the information as required in the above Registration Requirements.

2. Issuance of the Qualification Document to the Registrant that meets the Registration Requirements: 25th January 2021 08:00 s/d 15:00 WIB.

3. Qualification Proposal Submission: no later than 9th February 2021 at 15:00 WIB by email ke tendercommittee_jkt@repsol.com and cc: mrmaharani@repsol.com novy.fridayani@servexternos.repsol.com

Failure to meet the minimum requirements required in the Qualification Document will result in the Service Provider will not be invited to participate in the next process. The entire qualification process refers to the Pedoman Tata Kerja Nomor PTK- 007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) and the Letter from SKKMIGAS applicable for this Tender process (including the special conditions during the Pandemic Covid-19).
