ANNOUNCEMENT
PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) called "INALUM" is a state-owned enterprise (100% owned by Government of Indonesia since Dec. 19, 2013) which was established on January 6, 1976, initially as a Joint Venture Company between the Government of Republic of Indonesia (GOI) and 12 Japan investor company.
PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) and PT Pertamina (Persero) (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") plans to hire EPC Contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Bidder") for conducting Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPC) works for a Petroleum Coke Calciner plant (hereinafter referred to as "Project") with the capacity of producing up to 300,000 ton per annum (tpa) of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) (directly or gradually), to a lump sum turn-key (LSTK) contract to supply the technology, detail design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning (including start-up and ramp-up) to full production and performance test for each facility and for overall Project, with certain budget and quality as value of works.
