ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement:

Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation for two (2) wellhead platform (Forel and Bronang) including umbilical installation system, flexible flowlines and rigid pipelines for Forel-Bronang project. Forel Bronang Project aims to recover oil and gas from Forel and Bronang field. Oil from Forel WHP will be sent to FPSO via multiphase flexible jumper. Gas from Bronang WHP will be sent via subsea pipeline to FPSO via Forel WHP. Gas from Bronang WHP will be further process at FPSO to supply gas injection at initial production phase and fuel gas throughout Forel production lifetime.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : January 18 – 20, 2021, on 16.00 Hrs.

2. Submission Date of Pre- Qualification Document : January 28, 2021 on 16.00 Hrs.

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, the tender participant who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
