ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement:

Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation to develop additional 2 wells in HIU (HIU A05 and HIU A06) thru Infill Development Program and tied back to existing HIU subsea facilities.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1.Registration period and collectingPre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 09 up to 11 November 2020

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 12 November 2020

Remarks:

1.The PQ participants candidate who interested to registershall registered in Centralized & Integrated VendorDatabase (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) andhave a valid SPDA.

2.PQ participants candidate who registered shall uploadall required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3.If Consortium, the tender participant who represent theConsortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in theCompany’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4.Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Companywho register shall registered in the APDN Servicesbooks and only Company who registered in the APDNServices books can act as the Lead of consortium, ifregister as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
