Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production  Sharing  Contract  is  inviting  Company  that  meet the  Pre-Qualification (PQ) to  participate  in  Goods  and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : Desander Rental for Black B Wells

No Procurement : CS14135

Business Classification : Large Enterprise

Type of Procurement : Pengadaan Jasa Lainnya

Classification / Subclassification : 091 – Aktivitas penunjang pertambangan minyak bumi dan gas alam atau sub-bidang lain yang sesuai dngan lingkup pengadaan.

Local Content : 35% for Services

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement :

Contractor shall provide Desander unit and technical expertise to supply, inspect, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and operate the equipment which will be installed on Block B wells to meet COMPANY expectation of a safe and continuous operation.

The Work shall include, but not be limited to:

- Project scoping and initial cost estimating

- Preparation of project plans and scheduling

- Rent desander equipment

- Hazard identification and follow-up

- Constructability reviews

- Preparation of construction procedures

- Fabrication work

- Installation at the Company facilities

- On-site engineering support and during fabrication/construction

- Pre-commissioning and commissioning

- Operation supervision and support

- Maintenance Desander unit

- Quality management

- Prepare as-built and final report

- Other services as required

PQ participants  candidate who  interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidatewho interested shall follow the following process :

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 16 – 20 April 2021

2. Submission Date of  Pre-Qualification Document : 28 April 2021

Remarks :

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized &   Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document  for  Pre-Qualification  through  e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium,  the  tender  participant  who  represent  the Consortium   shall register   in   Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
