Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna  Ltd. as  the  Contractor  of  Oil  and Gas Production Sharing Contract  is  inviting Company that  meet  the  Pre-Qualification (PQ) to  participate  in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Company Status :Domestic Company (PDN), National Company (PN), Consortium PDN or Consortium PDN and PN

Scope of Procurement :

Company requires services to provide Company with the manpower, material supply, engineering,   repair & maintenance,  trouble  shoot,  installation,  testing  and commissioning  related  to  building  electrical  and  utility maintenance at Company site location.

PQ  participants  candidatewho  interested  shall  follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as  completely  stated  in  Pre-Qualification  Evaluation Document.   The PQ   participants   candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 10-11 November 2020

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 13 November 2020

Remarks:

1.The PQ  participants  candidate who  interested  toregister shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor   Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2.PQ  participants  candidate who  registered  shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3.If Consortium, the tender participant who representthe Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification inthe Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4.Specific    for    Integrated    Construction    tender, Company   who  register  shall  registered   in  the APDN  Services  books and  only  Company  who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the  Lead  of  consortium,  if  register  as  consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

5.Tender   shall   only   be   followed   by   the   PQ participants   candidate   who   domiciled   in   Riau Islands Province (not applicable for goods tender).

6.Details can beseen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com PQ  participants who  passed  the  Pre-Qualification will  be  invited  to  participate in such tender and  to collect Tender Document.
