Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

PT Medco E&P Natuna Ltd as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production  Sharing  Contract  is  inviting  Company  that  meet the  Pre-Qualification (PQ) to  participate  in  Goods  and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Classification / Subclassification : 02.i.08. – Operationaland Maintenance of Monitoring System

Local Content : 35%

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement :

Provision of monitoring system for Battery Monitoring System (BMS), including but not limited to replacement and up grading of Battery Monitoring System (BMS) used in Belanak FPSO, for 3 ( three) years Contract Period.

PQ participants  candidate who  interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidatewho interested shall follow the following process :

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 22 up to 24 March 2021

2. Submission Date of  Pre-Qualification Document : 01 April 2021

Remarks :

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized &   Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document  for  Pre-Qualification  through  e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium,  the  tender  participant  who  represent  the Consortium   shall register   in   Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Companywho register shall registered in the APDN Servicesbooks and only Company who registered in the APDNServices books can act as the Lead of consortium, ifregister as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

5.Tender shall only be followed by the PQ participantscandidate who domiciled in Riau Province/ NorthSumatera Area (not applicable for goods tender).

6. Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
