Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

PT Medco E&P Natuna Ltd as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production  Sharing  Contract  is  inviting  Company  that  meet the  Pre-Qualification (PQ) to  participate  in  Goods  and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : AVON GAS GENERATOR RENTAL SERVICES

Type of Procurement : Jasa Lainnya / Service

Classification / Subclassification : a.) 6 - pertambangan minyak bumi dan gas alam dan panas bumi ; atau

B.) 91 – jasa pertambangan minyak bumi dan gas alam ; atau

C.) 4659 –perdagangan besar mesin, peralatan, dan perlengkapan lainnya (besar) ; atau

D.) 7730 – aktivitas penyewaan dan sewa guna usaha tanpa hak opsi mesin, peralatan dan barang berwujud lainnya

Local Content : 35% for service

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement :

To provide rental services and covers the provision of technical maintenance support services at Company's Site for Avon 1535-170G/C and/or Avon 200 Gas Generator.

PQ participants  candidate who  interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidatewho interested shall follow the following process :

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 17 Maret 2021 07:00 – 19 Maret 2021 16:00

2. Submission Date of  Pre-Qualification Document : 24 Maret 2021 16:00

Remarks :

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized &   Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document  for  Pre-Qualification  through  e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium,  the  tender  participant  who  represent  the Consortium   shall register   in   Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

5. Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
