INVITATION TO PREQUALIFICATION

INPEX Masela, LTD. (“COMPANY”), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies (“REGISTRANT”), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase (“PREQUALIFICATION”) of a Tender as described

below:

* Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN) /Local Company (LC); atau/or

* Perusahaan Nasional (PN) /National Company (NC).

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 04) regarding Procurement of Goods/Services  Implementation  Guidelines and Tender Implementation Guidelines No. EDR- 0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide 3D Seismic Data Reprocessing Services including 3D pre-stack depth migration (Kirchhoff PSDM) with full waveform inversion velocity modelling, and advanced seismic imaging technology (Reverse Time Migration and Least Square Migration) to generate more accurate depth image, for full IM01-3D data (2,060 km2).

PREQUALIFICA TION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:

REGISTRANT shall formally register by submitting the documents below through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp :

1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

2. Copy of valid Business License in accordance with the requ ired sub-classification indicated

above.

Other conditions are specified in the Prequalification Document.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration of PREOUALIFICATION will be conducted within 24 March 2020 until 30 March 2020 during the hours of 15:00 WlB through the following e-mail address jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp by writing the Tender Title as subject.

2. Prequalification Document shall be distributed by COMPANY's PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT to REGISTRANT through e-mail after the registration of PREOUALIFICATION completed.

3. Submission of Prequalification Proposal no later than 10 April 2020 at 14:00 WIB (closing time) through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp.

Failure to follow the above process and/or failure to submit the required documents as listed above may result in the respective REGISTRANT will not be invited to the subsequent Tender phase.
