Purchase (BBHP) Newbuilding Vessel Procurement

PT PERTAMINA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (“PIS”), has decided to procure 3 (three) units of abt.22,000 cbm Midsize LPG Carrier Semi Refrigerated typethrough Bare Boat Hire Purchase (“BBHP") scheme (“Project"). As part of this BBHP scheme procurement, PIS has carried out the selection of the winner shipyard candidate (“Shipyard Selection”), and now will begin theselection of financier institution (“Procurement”).

We hereby invite local and overseas Investors (including banks and/or non bank financial institutions, shipowners, shipyards and other investors) that are reputable to participate in this Procurement. The timeline of the Financier Selection is as follows:

Agenda : Registration 20 - 27 July 2020

Collection of Copy of Bid Document . 21 - 28 July 2020

Submission of Question (Administrative, Legal, Financial &Komersial aspect) via e-mail 21 - 29 July 2020

Prebid Meeting / Clarification 6 August 2020

The Procurement will be carried out in two (2) stages and two (2) envelope.
