Tiara Utpar to launch refinery facility for gold

Manganese miner in East Nusa Tenggara, PT Tiara Utpar Mandiri said that the company would develop a refinery facility for gold in Gorontalo, Sulawesi in March with the expected initial output reaching 300 tons per month.

The source at the company said that the capacity of the refinery could be upgraded up to 600 tons per month by next year depending on demand from otheer local miners.

?The inauguration of refinery facility for gold will take place in next month (March). We are currently waiting for the machines,? the source told Petromindo.com, adding that the company would produce some 4,000 tons of manganese next month from its site in East Nusa Tenggara which would be exported to China.
