Heavy rains continue to limit supply for Indonesian material, although few bids were reported and offer levels were said to be coming down, following downwards pressure on Chinese domestic futures. For low-rank, a May loading Panamax was heard offered at $46.00/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR. More prompt loading cargoes appeared to still be offered higher however, with an offer at $50.00/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for an April loading Panamax.

M42 traded at $44.25 and $43.90 for April, which was down on the last reported April deal done a week ago at $45.25. May also traded lower at $43.50, which was down on yesterday's last deal at $44.00. June traded later in evening session at $42.75 multiple times, which was also lower than its last traded levels of $44.00. During the day, April was bid at $43.00 and offered at $44.50, with May bid at $42.10 and offered at $44.25, while June was bid at $41.60 and offered at $43.75. Spreads for April vs May was heard bid at M42 minus $1.50, while a market for May vs June was bid at plus $0.25 and offered at plus $2.00.
