Indonesian markets were relatively active again this week, with improved Chinese buying, although India was said to still be quiet. For low-rank, deals were reported at $33.70/t FOB and $34.40/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, for December loading geared vessels. A market for a January loading geared vessel was bid at $34.05/t FOB, basis 3,800 kc NAR, and offered at $34.85/t FOB, same basis.
Paper
The M42 paper, listed on SGX, was bid at $34.05 for December and offered at $34.55. January was bid at $34.05 and offered at $34.50, while February was bid at $34.00 and offered at $34.75.
