Singapore LNG bunkering firm FueLNG reported that it has named its newest addition to the fleet, the LNG bunker vessel FueLNG Venosa, at a ceremony held on Friday at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co., Ltd., in Ulsan, South Korea.
Aw Kah Peng, Chairman of Shell Companies in Singapore, who is the godmother of the vessel, said, “The FueLNG Venosa will support a growing number of LNG-fueled ships that call at the Singapore port, contributing to the country’s ambition of becoming a regional hub for LNG bunkering. As an industry, we must work together towards reducing emissions from shipping, and LNG is a key enabler in this transition.”
