Martiono said that the accusation was legally baseless.
PTPI claimed that according to an agreement between Nusa Tenggara Partnership (NTP) and Pukuafu, made during the shareholders meeting on Nov. 15, 2005, NTP was required to sell the 31 percent to Pukuafu.
However, Martiono said that the extraordinary shareholders meeting repeatedly claimed by PTPI and Jusuf Merukh was never held.
?How could I possibly secret any document of an event that has never existed,? Martiono said, adding that if the shareholders meeting in Nov. 15, 2005 had been held, Jusuf Merukh should have held the data and showed them to the court.
Martiono said that the accusation that he had secreted the documents of the shareholders meeting had tarnished his reputation. (godang)
