Pertamina Trans secures fresh loan from Bank Mandiri

PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK), a subsidiary of integrated marine logistics company PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS), has secured a fresh term loan in the amount of Rp279.27 billion from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.

The loan facility agreement was signed by President Director of PTK I Ketut Laba and Senior Vice President Corporate Banking 3 Group of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Helmy Afrisa Nugroho.

I Ketut Laba said the loan facility will be partly used to invest in bolstering the company's fleet in 2024, which will support the company's drive to expand its shipping, marine and logistics business units.

At present, PTK operates 460 units of vessels as well as manages 104 ports and terminals.
