Gas Association has new executives

The Indonesian Gas Association, a non-profit association established by local and foreign gas companies in the country in February 1980, announced on Tuesday the composition of its new board of directors.
The association said the new board of directors appointed during the association's general meeting late last year comprised of John Karamoy of PT Medco Methanol Bunyu as the president, with I.GG. Masputra of PT Badak NGL, and Anton Tjahyono of Transjava PL, both sitting as vice president.
The new executive board is also helped by Bill Schrader of BP AMOCO and Leonard C.Gurule of VICO who sit in the board as secretary and treasurer, respectively.
The association also has 11 directors including Kardaya Warnika of Migas, Nursubagio Prijono of PGN, R.O Hutapea of PT Koneba, Sofia Farhan of Pertamina, Mrs Sri Martati of Pusri, Ron Wilson of Mobil Oil, Jean Marie Beuque of Total Indonesie, Bill Fanagan of Gulf Resources, Tunggono of PLN, Herman Darnel of PLN PJB and Barian Marcotte of Unocal.
The association groups 54 companies and 26 associates representing 27 gas producers, 3 transporters, 18 consumers or end users and 6 consultants. (*)
