PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (IDX: DSSA) has secured a Rp1 trillion ($64 million) credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBNI) to support its general corporate purposes, including operational expenses and the development of its subsidiaries.
The agreement, signed on February 6, 2025, is backed by the Company's assets as collateral. The new funding is expected to increase the Company's net debt-to-equity ratio to approximately 17%.

The credit facility aims to enhance DSSA’s financial flexibility, allowing it to strengthen business operations and expand its subsidiaries’ growth initiatives.
PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) is a unit of diversified conglomerate Sinar Mas Group engaged in energy, infrastructure, digital services, and consumer products. The company operates coal mining, power generation, and telecommunication services.
