IDX-listed power producer PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk is diversifying its power business into renewables by providing rooftop solar cell installation services.
News portal kontan.co.id quoted Cikarang?s Director Matius Sugiaman as saying Tuesday that a number of companies at the Jababeka Industrial Estate in Cikarang, West Java, have expressed interest to have rooftop solar cells installed at their buildings.
Cikarang currently operates coal-fired and gas-fired power plants with combined capacity of 1,144 MW, supplying electricity to industries in the Cikarang and Bekasi region, West Java. (*)
