COAL PROCUREMENT PREQUALIFICATION INVITATION

In order to meet the demand for coal for the operations of the PLTU Jeneponto Existing 2x100 MW (Net Output), with an estimated total volume of 350,000 / year with a contract validity period of 5 years and can be extended 4 times with a maximum contract of 5 years with the coal purchase scheme of Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), the Coal Procurement Team for the PLTU Jeneponto Existing 2x100 MW (Net Output) intends to invite the companies holding IUP-OP / PKP2B / IUPK-OP / IUP-OP specifically for transportation and sales to participate in the Coal Procurement Prequalification of the PLTU Jeneponto 2x100 MW (Net Output) in Jeneponto, South Sulawesi.
Companies holding IUP-OP / PKP2B / IUPK-OP / IUP-OP specifically for transportation and sales who are interested in participating in the Prequalification can register and collect the Prequalification Documents at:

Registration Requirements:
1. Have and show a valid PKP2B / IUP-OP (Production Operation Mining Business Permit) or IUPK-OP / IUP-OPK (Special Operation Mining Business Permit for Transport and Sales) which is still valid.
2. Have and show a valid Decree of PKP2B / IUP-OP (Production Operation Mining Business Permit) or IUPK-OP / IUP-OPK (Special Operation Mining Business License for Transport and Sales).
3. Has coal reserves allocated for this procurement of a minimum of 1,750,000 Metric Tons, with coal specifications as follows:

4. The retrieval of Prequalification documents must be made directly by the Company's Directors or those given special powers by submitting a Special Power of Attorney with sufficient duty stamp from the Company's Directors.
5. Have a certificate from PT. Dun & Bradstreet Indonesia (D&B) with a minimum rating of 3A3 or a Financial Report for the last 2 (two) years that has been audited by a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) when submitting the Prequalification documents to the Coal Procurement Team.
6. Retrieving documents with a document replacement fee of Rp. 5,000,000 (five million rupiah), which is paid directly to the Finance Department of PT. Bosowa Energi KYK Building Lt. 5 (Ms. Yuke 082112425965) by showing this announcement advertisement.
