PT Berkat Samudra Gemilang Lines, representing PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia, has announced a pre-qualification process for entities interested in the development of LNG infrastructure to support a new gas power plant in Nias, North Sumatra.
The pre-qualification seeks experienced firms for the construction of an LNG Carrier with a 3,000 CBM capacity, aimed at supporting LNG operations for the plant. The companies forming a Special Purpose Company (SPC) for the Nias Project emphasized that the selection will be based on technical and financial capabilities, as well as other pre-qualification requirements.
The process is set to begin on February 26, 2024, and will run until February 28, 2024, with all submissions due by 23:59 Jakarta Time. Interested entities can access the pre-qualification documents by filling out an online form below: https://forms.gle/yTkVEg911rYAcmMx8.
The shortlisted applicants will be selected to carry out the LNG infrastructure project for the gas power plant in Nias.
