B. Job summary
conduct inspections, supervision and verification of static and rotating mechanical equipment to ensure that its installation, maintenance and operation comply with technical specifications, industry standards and safety regulations.
C. Responsibility
1. Static Mechanical Equipment Inspection:
• Check and ensure the condition of storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, distillation columns, and steel structures according to specifications and standards (ASME, API, TEMA).
• Supervise the fabrication process, installation, hydrotest, and non-destructive inspection (NDT).
• Check the quality of welding and ensure compliance with welding procedures (WPS & PQR).
• Ensure corrosion protection such as coating, lining, and cathodic protection is applied correctly.
2. Rotating Mechanical Equipment Inspection:
• Ensure the installation and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and motors according to facto1y specifications and industry standards (API 610, API 617, API 619).
• Check the balance, alignment, vibration, and lubrication of rotating equipment.
• Supervise the commissioning and perfo1mance testing of rotating mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Testing and Verification:
• Supervise pressure tests (hydrostatic & pneumatic tests) for static equipment.
• Conduct vibration inspections and condition analysis on rotating equipment using vibration monitoring.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

B. Job summary

C. Responsibility

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a preservation project, including supervising a team of workers, ensuring compliance with preservation standards, inspecting ongoing work, and coordinating the proper application of preservation techniques to protect and maintain historical or valuable structures, often in accordance with specific regulations and guidelines. Oversees the overall management of material inventory within a company, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating with vendors, monitoring quality control, and supervising a team of Material Coordinators to maintain efficient material flow throughout the supply chain
C. Responsibility
1. Lead and supervise a crew of preservation technicians, skilled laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
2. Develop and implement detailed preservation plans based on project specifications, historical research, and applicable preservation standards.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
4. Conduct regular inspections of ongoing preservation work to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance with project specifications.
5. Monitor the proper use of preservation materials and techniques.
6. Document findings and direct necessary corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
7. Possess in-depth knowledge of preservation techniques, including materials, methods, and best practices for various historic building types and materials.
8. Stay updated on current preservation regulations and guidelines, including those related to historic preservation laws.
9. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and progress photos.
10. Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and necessary adjustments to project plans.
11. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
12. Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to prevent stock out and overstocking.
13. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
14. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track material movement and status.
15. Lead and supervise a team of Material Coordinators, assigning tasks and providing training.
16. Monitor team performance and address any performance issues
17. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and material costs.
18. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
19. Analyze data to identify trends and potential risks related to material supply.

E. Job Specification
Experience :
1. Minimum of 5-10 years as expeditor supervisor in the oil & gas industry
2. Proven track record of supervising preservation and material control
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments
4. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
6. Leadership and supervisory experience
7. Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
