B. Job Summary
Assistant surveyors are generally responsible for helping surveyors collect and manage various types of information or data from various sources, such as survey sites, or from the results of surveys conducted directly in the field.
C. Responsibility
1. Assist in using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers (GPS Geodetic, GPS Navigation), laser scanners, and level water passes. Establish and verify control points (BM) to ensure accuracy in survey measurements.
2. Assist surveyors in various surveying tasks.
3. Able to interpret survey data, including terrain, boundaries, structures, and other relevant information.
4. Set up and maintain surveying equipment.
5. Assist & Conduct field data collection. (And assist in directing labor/helper).
6. Documentation of work activities.
7. Collecting and labeling benchmarks and others.
8. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment during surveying activities.

B. Job Summary
A civil & structure construction supervisor oversees and manages the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate and direct the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company codes, and project specifications.
C. Responsibility
1. Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Supervise Contractor's activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
3. Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
4. Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
5. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.
6. Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process

B. Job Summary
Carry out supervision, inspection and verification of construction work to ensure that all civil works comply with project standards, specifications and requirements.
C. Responsibility
1. Quality Inspection of Work
• Check and ensure civil works are in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and established standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in construction work.
2. Construction Supervision
• Ensure contractors comply with approved work methods.
• Supervise the implementation of civil works, including concrete structures, steel, foundations, roads and drainage.
3. Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare daily inspection reports and submit findings to superiors.
• Ensure all documents related to inspections and testing are available and well documented.
4. Coordination with Project Team
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and related parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Attend coordination meetings to provide input on work quality.

B. Job Summary
Conduct inspections, superv1s1on and verification of electrical installations, instrumentation and telecommunication systems in industrial projects to ensure compliance with technical standards, project specifications and safety regulations.
C. Responsibility
1. Electrical Installation Inspection
• Ensure the installation of electrical panels, cables, transformers, motors, generators, and other electrical equipment in accordance with industry standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE).
• Supervise the installation of grounding systems and lightning protection.
• Ensure the size and type of cable are in accordance with the calculation of the electrical load and the standards of the cable tray and conduit used.
• Conduct inspections of electrical protection and safety systems, such as circuit breakers, protection relays, and isolation systems.
2. Instrumentation Inspection
• Check the installation of sensors, transmitters, flowmeters, control valves, and other instrumentation devices.
• Ensure the installation of instrument cables, junction boxes, marshalling cabinets, and DCS (Distributed Control System) in accordance with standards (ISA, IEC).
• Supervise the calibration of measuring instruments to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure the interface between the control system and field equipment is functioning properly.
3. Telecom Inspection
• Ensure installation and configuration of radio communication systems, fiber optic, CCTV, PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm), and data networks according to specifications.
• Supervise telecommunication cable installation, termination, and connectivity testing.
• Check compatibility of telecommunication equipment with project control and security systems.
4. Testing and Verification
• Supervise Megger testing (insulation resistance test), continuity test, grounding test, hipot test, and loop check to ensure the integrity of electrical installations.
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for electrical equipment, instrumentation, and telecommunications.
• Check the function and communication between systems, including the interface with PLC/DCS.
5. Documentation and Reporting
• Create daily inspection reports, non-conformance lists (NCR - Non-Conformance Report), and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure all inspection documents, certifications, and test results are well documented.
6. Coordination with the Project Team
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, instrument engineers, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth work.
• Attend technical meetings and provide input regarding obstacles in the field.
7. Compliance with Safety and Regulations
• Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work is carried out in accordance with work safety procedures (LOTO - Lockout Tagout, PPE).

B. Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Electrical & Telecom installation on a construction project, including managing an Electrical & Telecom teamwork, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other trades to deliver high-quality electrical & telecom systems on time and within budget
C. Responsibility
1. Supervise and manage the electrical team in the construction, installation, and testing of electrical & telecom systems for buildings and infrastructure. This includes telecommunications, access control system, CCTV, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, transformer, busduct erection, cable pulling and termination, cable ladder/tray erection, distribution boards, lighting & small power, grounding and lightning, cathodic protection system, and other related systems.
2. Supervise Contractor activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with required quality standards.
3. Plan, schedule and coordinate the troubleshooting activities during pre-comm and commissioning in collaboration with Engineering & Commissioning team.
4. Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress and status of Electrical & Telecom projects.
