We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

21. Specialist Project Procurement

 JOB ROLES

• Collect information with regard to user department’s annual procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List.

• Arrange Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package which will be submitted to SKK Migas, submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval.

• Carry out market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to Project.

• Arrange Contract Award and ensure that respective bonds and insurance are valid; Manage Post Contract Award administration to ensure that all procurement documents are complete and easy to retrieve for future use; Provide support in procurement reporting, contract close Out and audit response.

• Provide support to the Project team in monitoring Contract implementation after Contract Award including delivery of goods and services and prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary.

• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relation with SKK Migas, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 5 year’s experiences in Oil & Gas industry

 

22. Senior Counsel Commercial

JOB ROLES

• Support Chief Counsel Commercial and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to Commercial Matters.

• Draft and review contracts/legal documentations to ensure that all Commercial Matters are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws (including international and commercial laws), regulations and guidelines (including applicable PTK), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.

• Prepare and maintain standard model of any legal documentations for Commercial Matters as applicable.

• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Commercial Matters implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.

• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure.

• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Commercial and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in law. Master’s or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience in Commercial Contract drafting and advice.

• International experience/background preferred.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.

 

23. Senior Counsel Project

JOB ROLES

• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts").

• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.

• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable.

• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.

• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees.

QUALIFICATIONS

24. Paralegal

JOB ROLES

• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in drafting and reviewing contracts related to any general upstream oil and gas sector (e.g. procurement, JOA, simple marketing agreement).

• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in translating any legal documents.

• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in ensuring that contracts are compliant with Indonesian laws and international standards.

• Maintaining and updating the contract management system and databases.

• Conducting legal research on the relevant regulations (upstream business activities) which affecting the oil and gas sector.

• Monitoring changes in local laws and regulations and advise the Senior Legal Team on the impact of such changes in particular in relation with the Company business objectives.

• Assisting the Senior Legal Team for the preparation of legal documents/legal materials for any Legal Department needs (e.g. meetings and others).

• In charge in managing the Legal Department yearly agreed budget.

• In charge for Legal Department’s contracts admin and costs controller (mostly the external legal counsel contracts).

• Responsible for coordinating with the external legal counsels in managing and identifying spent budgets, remaining budgets, budgets forecast including managing invoices under the supervision of the Senior Legal Team and HQ Legal Department.

• Assisting the the Senior Legal Team in reviewing and compiling documents required for transactions and regulatory approvals.

• Managing and organizing legal documentations, contracts, and filings.

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including with External Counsels, other JV Legal Departments and Government Officials.

• Preparing reports, presentations and other legal documentations as requested by the Senior Legal Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in law.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal.

• Knowledge and experience with Indonesian laws.

 

25. Specialist Funding

JOB ROLES

• Conduct financial and market data gathering and prepare financial analysis (including oil & gas project information, financial institution data, financing arrangement requirement); Implement work program objective and plan; Monitor and analyze work program implementation and adjust when necessary according to overall program and plan to ensure the availability of financing arrangement for INPEX Indonesia on time and align with requirement, guidelines and regulations.

• Assist and support negotiating and agreeing on any commercial matters related to the Project including LNG Development Agreement with relevant Indonesian authorities for securing bankable finance structures.

• In coordination with related team to prepare review and analysis project financing arrangement requirement (IFC, lenders, etc.); Provide knowledge on IFC and lenders requirement; Prepare financing arrangement proposal based on data and information analysis result and requirement to ensure the financing arrangement proposal in accordance with the requirements.

• Research and compile financing arrangement opportunities from potential lenders and other resources. Monitor and compile potential lenders characteristic and requirements; Recommend approach for potential lenders in order to ensure appropriate project financing arrangement and execution of loan agreements with reputable lenders as well as other forms of financing agreements.

• Coordinate with other functions (planning, marketing, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) and financial advisor, Maintain good relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities, to establish commercial viability of the Project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.

• A minimum of 6 years with at least 3 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either planning, business development, finance, investment or economics analysis.

• Mastering in Microsoft Excel

26. Senior Specialist Compliance

 JOB ROLES

• Monitor, review, analyze, and implement the whistle-blowing system in INPEX Indonesia as methods/systems to detect irregularities/ violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations.

• Monitor, review, analyze, and coordinate the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations.

• Coordinate and monitor prevention measures program such as compliance assurance and risk assessment, including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture.

• Coordinate and support investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process; monitor the investigation progress and prepare investigation report in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations.

• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance.

  QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry or mining.

• Having experience/knowledge on the current compliance trends as international trade compliance and sanction, anti-trust, human right at the workplace is preferred.

 

27. Head Cyber Security and Governance

JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and lead the team to review, develop, and propose comprehensive IT and OT cyber security guidelines and programs that align with local and international standards and best practices, ensuring a reliable cyber security management system for INPEX Jakarta Office.

• Coordinate and lead the team to review, develop, and propose comprehensive IT and OT cyber security guidelines and programs that align with local and international standards and best practices, ensuring a reliable cyber security management system for INPEX Jakarta Office.

• Coordinate and lead the team in monitoring global IT and OT cyber security improvement practices, conduct risk assessments, review and improve current IT and OT security programs.

• Coordinate and lead the team in implementing and evaluating IT and OT security management systems, socializing guidelines through intranet, training, and other media.

• Monitor and manage cyber security incidents across IT and OT environments. Ensure real-time monitoring and timely incident response to mitigate potential security issues.

• Utilize OT security expertise to conduct reviews and support the implementation of cyber security controls within OT environments. Ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and operational within OT systems.

• Work collaboratively with the IMT team to develop fit-for-purpose IMT solutions. Identify and resolve problems, ensuring solutions are implemented within specified schedules and budgets while considering end-user perspectives and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in information & technology and/ or any technical discipline.

• Tertiary degree and/or any certification from prominent institutions for system analysis is preferred.

• Cyber security related certifications: CISSP, CISA, etc. are preferred.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experience. Having experience in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry is preferred. Including 5 years’ experience as a Cyber Security Specialist.

 

28. Senior Specialist General & Technical Solution

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze change & improvement of information system technology, business processes, and the trend of relevant technology; Monitor and recommend application system objective for in short term, middle term, and long terms; Develop and recommend target and work plan; Monitor and implement business solutions planning and target, IT solution system development life cycle, strategy and planning and IT Business solutions system development roadmap in order to plan and design proper and fit for purpose solution and develop the relevant target and strategy & plan and to ensure optimum IT Business Solution support for company activities.

• Monitor, review and recommend IT Business solution (General & Technical solution) and application development projects plan to overall IMT strategy and planning; Develop, design and review IMT application systems for supporting INPEX Jakarta Office activities and project including for Technical Disciplines (Drilling, Exploration, Subsurface, Engineering) and Assets Operations in order to ensure IT Business solution are aligned with IMT strategic planning, Project, and determine the requirements to achieve a successful implementation.

• Review, analyze and evaluate information and data related to IT Business solution implementation in other company, general IT best practices and trends; Recommend IT Business solution of the most fit for purpose, effective and efficient implementation in INPEX operations and projects.

• Delivery IT Business solution services to all INPEX Jakarta Office department and project as per requirement; Review and monitor IT Business solution implementation via third party provider; Monitor, review and evaluate third party performance in order to ensure implementation support INPEX Jakarta Office activities.

• Provide consultation and discussion with users, management, vendors and technicians regarding their needs and system requirements; Analyze and evaluate feedback from business users about IT business solution implementation and issues to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly.

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other people in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering, or other related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years’ experiences in IT and application system development and its support & maintenance. Having experience in Oil & Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.

 

29. Specialist Digitalization Process

JOB ROLES

• Propose effective resource planning, reporting and coordination for digitalization process/initiatives; Monitor and implement a detailed project plan, requirement and budget; Monitor and review digitalization progress and process performance with other department regularly to ensure deliver projects on time and met quality standard and deliver digitalization process in line with business requirements.

• Involve in teams to design, develop and implement Digitalization process; Monitor and review on-going plans for digitalization process in conjunction with related Department and THQ team; Monitor and review allocated resources to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks and best practices processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digitalization process.

• Monitor and review Digitalization process and activities in INPEX Jakarta Office; Analyze and propose adjustment and/or improvement; Prepare and compile Digitalization process report for Management and related department; Communicate all related department including digitalization process for existing document to ensure digitalization project according to the plan and progress report monitored.

• Monitor and compile digital trends (artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, block chain architecture, etc.) and forward-thinking technologies to address challenges across INPEX Jakarta Office related to digitalization process within the organization in order to ensure effective, efficient and reliable data.

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related disciplines.

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis and or IT system design. Having experience in Oil & Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.
