We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

1. Senior Operations Cost & Planning Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Co-ordinate assumptions and interfaces on, CAPEX and OPEX expenditure across operations and project team in support of package activities to ensure no surprises.

• Develop Operation Readiness Plan and ensure that all operation readiness plan elements are properly prepared and planned. All Operations readiness activities are established and detailed during FEED phase.

• Provide input into key Business and Production Systems, Production Reporting System, Maintenance Management System, Integrity Management System, Materials Management System and other Integrated Operations deliverables.

• Develop Operations & Maintenance recruitment strategy and manpower plan to support execute phase of the Abadi facilities development and the transition to operations (detail design, construction, commissioning & start-up). Develop training & competency strategy.

• Manage interfaces, particularly those with other Operations and Maintenance teams in a collaborative fashion. Ensure that stakeholders are informed, and their support is secured at the appropriate decision points.

• Co-ordinate development of Operational input into the development of Approved Vendor list for Execute phase and work across package teams to ensure where possible operations input to drive commonality with existing equipment where applicable.

• Provide direction and input on operational logistic requirements. Co-ordinate input to the development of logistic operation strategy between LSB, OLNG and FPSO including crew change, material transportation (spare part, consumables, food stuff, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry.

 

2. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (OLNG)

JOB ROLES

• Develop the equipment list and group the list based on schedule and cost priority;

• Compile all technical, schedule and cost data, and develop the justification, risk and opportunity to be presented to INPEX management, JV and SKKMIGAS;

• Develop the procurements requirements documents for the critical items (equipment);

• Support the communication with Vendors, Develop the agreement of Purchase Order Novation to EPC Contractor as part of EPCI Contract to the selected Consortium;

• Ensure that all technical data (Data Sheet) attached to PO is already agreed and countersigned by Potential EPCI Contractors;

• Responsible for monitoring the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.

 

3. Early Work LNG Construction Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Develop the scope of work for Early Infrastructure Work and provide input to the potential contractor to develop Construction Execution plan in line with FEED Contractor requirements. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specifications;

• Construction Planning

•  Manage the deliverable of Early Work Construction Planning; Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labor Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.

• Lead Early Work Constructability Review - The purpose of this review is to ensure that construction knowledge, experience and expertise is incorporated as early as possible in the design to gain maximum benefit of optimized construction execution

• Coordinate with INPEX FEED Team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to FEED requirements.

• Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities

• Construction Safety

• Ensure that Early Work Construction safety in Compliance with Construction Safety Requirements Per Jurisdiction, Compliance to Construction Permitting Requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.

 

4. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (GEP)

JOB ROLES

• Responsible for identification of LLIs for GEP and subsea equipment;

• Responsible for preparation of LLIs procurement strategy for GEP and subsea equipment and related EPC tender documents;

• Provide advance professional expertise to evaluation of EPC proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required

 

5. Project Specialist (GEP)

  JOB ROLES

• Provide expertise in developing strategy, project plan, target and Detailed GEP Project Engineering; Provide technical inputs and conduct technical evaluation for tenders related to GEP development project to ensure GEP Project Engineering project plan, target and strategy are in-place;

• Monitor, review and analyze GEP Project Engineering & Construction risk management process; Analyze, evaluate and recommend technical interface and integrity risk assessment with pay attention on safety and environment rules and regulations, effective and efficient process, and other engineering standards in order to ensure GEP project engineering progress achieve the target, risks are controlled properly and minimize unpredictable technical risks;

• Provide input EPCI ITT and tender documents, provide project engineering technical and evaluation input for EPCI tender proposal, in order to select the appropriate contractors.

• Submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.

6. Project Specialist (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with key stakeholders including SKK Migas, develop strategies to enable the potential use of overseas Integration Yard. Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with internal parties and government offices to work towards agreement related to local content should the Integration Yard scope be moved to an overseas location;

• Assist and support the Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer with their activities;

• Assist and support the Project Management Manager with their activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.

• Minimum 10 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required.

 

7. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Coordinating with the FEED Consortium resident Company Teams, develop strategies to progress the LLI Procurement for the latter stages of FEED through to EPCI start. This includes forms of procurement whether lump sum, open book, other forms of reimbursement and combination of such;

• Compile, present and seek feedback and endorsement from the Project Management Manager and FPSO Senior Manager in relation to the LLI Procurement Strategy(ies) as identified in item #1 above;

• Support Resident Company Team and Contractor in the development of identified LLI tender documents including TBE’s and CBE’s during the period post-FEED;

• Provide overall procurement guidance and support to Company Resident Teams throughout FEED in relation to the Contractor Procurement Plans for LLI items, other equipment procurement and bulk item procurement;

• Provide independent benchmarking of Contractor stated lead-times for procured items including bulks to sense-check Contractor EPCI schedule to meet required-on-site (ROS) dates or where required for engineering data input for design (or other procurement) activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.

• Minimum 10 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required.

 

8. Senior Specialist Project Control

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review project Contractors work progress; Analyze and recommend project Contractors target, strategy and schedule, and other development service as well as project management system; Monitor and assist project planning and schedule alignment, interface and integration in the each of project plan and phases in order to ensure Contractors target and project planning and schedule are in place as a reliable guidance;

• Prepare project Contractors performance guidelines; Review and analyze INPEX Indonesia project plan and schedule; Recommend project Contractors performance indicators; Conduct and analyze project Contractors performance review process and result to ensure project Contractors performance according to project planning and schedule with deliverable according to agreeable contract; 

• Prepare and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in tenders related to project Contractors requirement; Analyze and evaluate project Contractors based on evaluation process; Provide technical advice in project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;

• Review and monitor any change and/or deviation of engineering design, technical standard, and contractor deliverable MDR (Management Deliverable Register), provide recommendation to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/deviation of engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure engineering design change/deviation comply with Company policy and procedures, and technical standard;

• Monitor project documents incoming and outgoing administration, filing system and documents retention; monitor communication, correspondence, and relationship with approved Contractors related to project contracts; in coordination with other departments and groups develop project report regularly and impromptu; to ensure project administration meet Company policy, procedures and standards, and project report submission within the timeframe;

• INPEX Indonesia project including its supporting documents to be submitted to SKK Migas, Assist and support to expedite project approval process from INPEX Indonesia Management and SKK Migas; Monitor and review project contractors, provide recommendation and solution to arisen issues and/or problems; in order to ensure documents completeness within the timeframe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.

 

9. Senior Specialist Cost Estimator

JOB ROLES

• Develop and analyze project cost estimation and forecasting method and best practices especially in oil and gas company; Develop and recommend project cost estimation model with considering economic outlook, market trends, funding, interests, exchange rates, inflation, and other economic indicator that influence project cost estimation model and forecasting; in order to ensure project cost estimation is reliable as a guidance for taking decision;

• Develop and propose project cost breakdown structure and its coding; Discuss  and coordinate with related department to identify and define cost estimation for each stage of project work activities; Analyze and evaluate proposed project cost estimation through validation data and schedule with scope of work in order to ensure availability of valid project cost estimation;

• Develop and establish risk analysis for project cost estimation, and sensitivity assessment on cost profiles; Coordinate with related department and/or cross-department team to gather input or recommendation for project cost estimation and cost profile based on their perspective  in order to minimize unpredictable risk probabilistic of project cost estimation;

• Review and monitor the change of cost variables values influencing project cost estimation for current and future short term period and update project cost estimation; Provide analysis and recommendation on cost estimation changes in order to ensure availability of updated and valid project cost estimation;

• Develop and propose regular and impromptu report of project cost estimation status for overall project stages;

• Coordinate project estimation documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents, and others both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.

 

10. Senior Risk Management Engineer

 JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and facilitate inter-department and/ or cross-department team to assess project risk, trends and change in every stage of project and implement management system/ control applied in the Company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to achieving business project through the organization (Business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan);

• Review and evaluate project risk, trends and change method applied in the Company and monitor the effectiveness to identify and define project risks, and propose change or revision and analyze the trends in order to ensure the method is reliable to provide project profile/ figures;

• Review, analyze and control project change, risk and trends management best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related department to develop and propose change and risk management strategy; plan and evaluate trends management in order to ensure availability and reliability for overall project;

• Coordinate project change, risk and trends management documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents and other both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention periods; Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities;

• In coordination with project team and related department, develop and propose project plan such as risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk reduction and risk transfer, develop and propose contingency plan and budget for the project stages with high - profile; Determine potential trends and articulates/estimates trend impacts to project cost and schedule in a timely, accurate and logical manner in order to reduce and minimize impact of unexpected occurrence on project plan;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand the impacts of the change and project implementation plan to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives;

• Propose general understanding of the specific scope, execution strategy, and estimate content about Trends and Project Changes to ensure effective integration of risk, change and trends management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having experience in project engineering or project management team of which at least 5  years spent for risk or change management.
