MontD’Or Petroleum, the Operator of the producing Mengoepeh, Pematang Lantih, Salawati fields in Indonesia, is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self-motivated personnel to be part of its team based in S.E. Asia. The Company has the following vacancy:

WOWS Supervisor

Role and responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supervision of rig operation executing well works such as workover, well service, well completion, and well intervention

• Ensure the well operation is performed in accordance with the approved well program in a safe, cost effective and timely manner

• Ensure all aspects of well operations meet the engineering best practices, company policies and procedures, and industry standards

• Prepare Daily Operation Report and attend daily operation meeting

• Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations Team and other Department that is related with well operation activities

• Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSE regulations

• Ensure contractor’s equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime

Job Specification:

• Minimum High School graduate

• The position is on a contract basis and will be based in Mengoepeh

• Minimum 15 years of oilfield experience in rig operation with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory or leadership roles

• Experience in onshore well operations

• Having valid APPS (Ahli Pengendali Perawatan Sumur) or AP III (Ahli Pengendali Bor)

• Competency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
