Pump Operator Assistance (Support Technician)
Bertanggung jawab:
Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan pompa dan engine, minor maintenance untuk pompa dan engine, memastikan running pompa dengan aman dalam hal unit dan pumping line.
Scope Pekerjaan :
a. Support pekerjaan untuk pemompaan
- Melakukan function test untuk pompa dan engine.
- Melakukan daily check engine dan pompa saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.
b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.
- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk pumping equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.
- Melakukan Preventive maintenance pumping line.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SMA/SMK.
• Minimum of 10 th sebagai rig/rigless crew dapat mengoperasikan unit pompa
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.
• Mempunyai OLB (operator Lantai Bor) sertifikasi.

Rotating Mechanical Technician
Qualifications:
• Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Mesin.
• Pengalaman kerja 3-7 tahun di industri Migas.
• Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Mampu menginterpretasikan gambar teknis.
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang peralatan mekanis yang berputar, termasuk turbin, pompa, dan kompresor.
• Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik serta manual pemeliharaan.
• Sertifikasi terkait dalam pemeliharaan mekanis atau peralatan berputar akan menjadi nilai tambah.
Mechanic Technician Support (Support Technician)
Responsibilities:
Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan engine dan baik dalam record maintenance dan minor maintenance yang diperlukan untuk semua engine dan rotating equipment, termasuk di dalam nya membantu proses pembongkaran engine/peralatan yang di awasi oleh Mekanik Supervisor.
Job roles:
a. Support operational rigless equipment (generator, prime mover).
- Melakukan function test untuk semua equipment dan engine sebelum di kirim ke Lokasi pekerjaan.
- Melakukan daily check engine dan equipment saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.
b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.
- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.
c. Daily report engine dan rotating equipment:
- Memastikan pencatatan untuk penggunaao harian dan running hour dari engine dan serta peralatan yang ada.
- Selalu melakukan housekeeping di area bekerja
Requirements:
o Minimum SMA/SMK
o Minimum of 15+ years pengalaman sebagai assist Mekanik
o Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.
o Mengerti MS word dan MS excel.
o Bahasa Inggris pasif

Company Site Planner
Job Summary:
The Company Site Planner will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the Contractors for planning, coordination, and optimization of activities for Midstream Project in West Papua, Teluk Bintuni Regency. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, and seamless integration of construction workflows to support overall project timelines. The position requires close collaboration with Company’s Project Management team, Midstream Contractor engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site planning for gas plant, oil & gas, or industrial construction projects.
• Experience on major onshore oil & gas projects.
• Experience working on remote-site projects, particularly in Indonesia or similar environments.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, engineering standards, and infrastructure planning for gas plants.
Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management of construction and maintenance projects. The role ensures cost efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards. To manage cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and financial reporting for construction and maintenance projects in an onshore gas processing plant, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
a. Prepare cost estimates for construction, maintenance, and operational projects.
b. Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
c. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects.
2. Contract Management & Procurement:
a. Review and draft contract documents for vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
b. Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate pricing, and recommend the best options.
c. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
3. Financial Control & Reporting:
a. Monitor and track project cost variations and change orders.
b. Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
c. Provide detailed cash flow projections and advise on cost-saving strategies.
4. Site Inspections & Valuations:
a. Conduct on-site measurements and verify contractor work against plans.
b. Assess progress claims, invoices, and payments for accuracy.
c. Ensure project expenditures align with contractual agreements.
5. Regulatory & Compliance:
a. Ensure all project costs and contracts comply with local laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
b. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
c. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and claims.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, or CostX), and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging environments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory requirements and local labor laws is preferred.
Support Engineer (Process Engineer)
Job Description:
1. Provide initiation/ conceptual/ assessment/ feasibility study/ appraisal/ pre-FEED related to process engineering for exploration prospect/ new asset development.
2. Provide FEED (Front End Engineering Design) of process engineering for new asset development or expansion of existing asset.
3. Provide DED (Detailed Engineering Design) of process engineering scope for in house (small) project execution.
4. Provide process engineering support in initiating & developing expansion/ modification/ optimization for existing facility within Medco E&P assets.
5. Provide all technical supports related to process engineering design to Facilities Operation & Integrity Department, Operation Engineering Department within Assets and any other departments.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Have a good proficiency in English both oral and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills, communication skill, and good personality traits, hard worker and able to perform satisfactorily under pressure
• Experienced working as process engineer in the area of oil C gas upstream industries.
• Good skills of process software applications such as Hysys, Pipesim, HTRI, Aspen EDR.
• Good skills of process equipment calculation such as Separator, HE, PSV, Pump, Compressors, Amine System.
• Experience: min. 5 years
