Work Location: Sorowako & Pomalaa For National Recruitment

Purpose of the Role

Manage, coordinate and organize the security method to protect goods, assets, employee, contractors of PT Vale Indonesia in Sorowako and Pomalaa area to ensure that the company’s operational can run properly without any disruption or obstacle in achieving company its objective in accordance with rules and regulations.

Accountabilities:

1. Manage the Security Services team to identify, develop, implement, and maintain security proceses, practices and policies throughout the organization to mitigate risk, respond to incidents, and protect the organization from exposure to informational, financial, physical, personal, and reputational risks.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure security systems comply with applicable requirements and regulations, and plan for long-term security conditions.

3. Direct the development of strategies to assess and mitigate risk, manage crises and incidents, and ensure continuity of operations for the organization.

4. Liaise with law enforcement officials and international partners to ensure national security and intelligence cooperation and the private sector.

5. Submit monthly reports to management based on coordination with all relevant departments, such as investigations, intelligence, asset protection, and security devices.

6. Manage security contractor performance through monthly KPI reviews, training, safety briefings, internal and external security audits and coordination with contractor management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.

• Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience at a managerial level.

• Preferably have a GADA Utama certification or relevant license in the field of security services.

• Skilled in managing stressful situations and handling incidents with a deep understanding of security issues and appropriate mitigation measures.

• Experienced in incident response, risk assessment, and risk management.

• Strong understanding of trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of security.

• Resilient with a solid technical knowledge base and good analytical skills.

• Computer literate, experienced in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
