1. Field Control Manager

Qualification:

• Having 5 - 10 years experiences as a Field Control Manager.

• Proficient in Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project).

• Experiences with Schedule, Progress, & Reporting.

• Experiences in Logistic.

• Having knowledge about Controlling, Monitoring, and Analysis at Site Project.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Team Work, good communication and coordination.

• Self Learning, Quick Learning.

2. Project Control Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Having min. 12 years of experience in EPC, Geothermal, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Power Plant projects with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• In-depth knowledge of project control processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and earned value management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide actionable insights

• Experienced in managing project performance and reporting, including preparation of S-curves, progress reports, variance analysis, and delay impact assessments

• Certified in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage

3. Project Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Having min. 10 years of experience in EPC, Geothermal, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Power Plant projects.

• Solid understanding of engineering principles and EPC project execution lifecycle

• Familiar with project management systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• Strong coordination skills across multiple disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, etc.) and stakeholders

• Possession of project management certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage

4. System Developer & Architect (IT)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Strong understanding of system design and architecture principles, including enterprise architecture patterns, software design patterns, and object-oriented programming (OOP)

• Familiarity with software development requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Construction Management

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.

• Having 3 - 5 years experiences as a Construction Manager.

• Experiences in Construction Manager activities plan & monitor Construction activities.

• Having experience in EPC Company or Related Company will be advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Team Work, good communication and coordination.

• Can Join ASAP.

6. Expeditor

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the EPC Industry

• Experiences in expediting engineering equipment and materials for industries (Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Infrastructure, or Industrial Plants)

• Familiar with procurement process, vendor coordination, and shipping logistic for large-scale industrial project

• Proven experience in a leadership role or supervisory position in the expediting function within a multinational EPC environment.

7. Traffic Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Transportation Management

• Experience working within an EPC Project

• Experience in managing multi modal transportation (Land, Sea, & Air) for Heavy or Oversized Cargo

• Familiar with international customs regulations, incoterms, and custom clearance processes

• Ability to prepare and review customs documentation

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

8. Field Control Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.

• Having 3 - 5 years experiences in Proposal Stage and Construction Phase.

• Proficient in Computer Skill of Ms Office, Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project) & Power BI.

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Hard work, good communication and leadership.

9. QA/QC Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Quality Inspector for products or materials.

• Experienced in auditing work in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power plant sectors.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

10. Electrical Engineer

Qualification:

• Fresh Graduate from Electrical Engineering (Bachelor Degree) - majoring Power System.

• Strong in analytical for power system analysis

• Fluent in English

• Strong in leadership, and willing to work within a team

• Having experience of organization (intra-campus or extra-campus) would be preferred
