1. PROJECT MANAGER
• Pendidikan min. S1/Setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 15 tahun dalam bidang design dan konstruksi fasilitas Oil dan Gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Manager min. 2 kali dalam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
2. WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC STAFF
• Pendidikan min. D3/Setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 5 tahun dalam bidang design dan konstruksi fasilitas Oil dan Gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Warehouse & Logistic min. 2 kalid alam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
3. SPV & QA/QC INSPECTOR
• Pendidikan min. S1/Setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 5 tahun dalam bidang design dan konstruksi fasilitas Oil dan Gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai QA/QC Engineer min. 1 kali dalam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
4. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
• Pendidikan min. S1 atau setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 10 tahun dalam design dan konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Procurement Spv min. 1 kali dalam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
5. PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
• Pendidikan min. S1 atau setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 10 tahun dalam design dan konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Control min. 1 kali dalam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
6. COMMISSIONING & START-UP COORDINATOR
• Pendidikan min. S1 atau setara jurusan Teknik
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 10 tahun dalam design dan konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Coordinator min. 1 kali dalam project desain FEED, detail engineering design dan/atau konstruksi fasilitas oil dan gas.
7. LEAD LOGISTICS and EXPEDITOR
Requiremet :
• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Additional education or certification in logistics or procurement management would be a plus.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Logistics Expeditor or in a similar role within the construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience working in a contracting company or on large-scale projects is advantageous.
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including logistics tracking and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good negotiation skills to address delivery issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Capable of analyzing and identifying potential issues in the shipping and procurement process and finding appropriate solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle delivery delays, shipping challenges, or quality issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software for tracking shipments and logistics reporting.
Job Description :
• Supervise and ensure the timely delivery of goods from vendors or suppliers to the project site.
• Proactively communicate with vendors to ensure that ordered goods are available according to schedule and specifications.
• Ensure that all delivery documents, such as delivery notes and invoices, have been received and are complete.
• Regularly monitor delivery status using a tracking system or direct coordination with the vendor.
• Provide updates on delivery status to project management and related teams, including any potential delays or other issues.
• Ensure that every received item meets the desired specifications and quality.
• Prepare delivery schedules for ongoing projects based on site needs.
• Collaborate with the procurement and project teams to prioritize the delivery of goods.
• Reschedule deliveries in the event of delays or changes in project requirements.
• Ensure that delivered items match the specifications listed in the Purchase Order (PO).
• Work with the QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) team to inspect received goods as needed.
• Create reports for items that do not meet specifications or are damaged and coordinate with the vendor for replacement or repair.
• Compile delivery progress reports, including receipt dates and fulfillment status of goods.
• Provide regular reports to the project manager and related teams to update on procurement progress.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges or issues, such as delays, stock shortages, or transportation problems.
• Negotiate with vendors or suppliers to resolve delivery issues and avoid project delays.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team, procurement team, and vendors to ensure all parties have accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate urgent project needs and prioritize deliveries based on project manager directives.
• Evaluate vendor performance in terms of delivery timeliness, product quality, and communication.
