31. Manager Treasury
JOB ROLES
• Manage in developing financial plan and strategy based on Company business and projects target and plan, payment terms forecast, and evaluate and control cash flow status, cost expenditures and idle fund; to ensure efficient and effective financial planning and cash management.
• Manage payment schedule (A/P aging schedule), requirement of documents and administrative completeness; control and evaluate disbursement payment both for corporate and projects activities, provide adjustment in payment process if necessary and handle any payment issues occurrence; to ensure payment performances meet the plan and target and the payment comply with SKK Migas rules and regulations and Company policy and procedures.
• Review financial risk assessment and analyze potential financial risk for projects activities, monitor financial risk management indicator; to optimize loan utilization, minimize possible financial risks and to protect the funding smoothness of corporate and projects activities.
• Manage petty cash and cash in bank; coordinate and control petty cash transactions daily report; the balance of petty cash and cash in bank on daily basis against accounting data and statement; control reconciliation of petty cash and cash in bank in accordance with Company policy and procedures; to ensure petty cash and cash in bank utilization comply with Company policy and procedures.
• Monitor and control cash position/cash flow status, available fund and Cash Call; coordinate acquiring fund, and manage the surplus fund investment based on Company policy and procedures; coordinate and monitor to prepare internal and external finance report for cash position/cash flow; to ensure well-managed cash flow utilization.
• Coordinate and monitor bank accounts opening/closing and the security account implementation; monitor and evaluate reconciliation with related parties; to ensure implementation of bank account security procedures in line with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. Tertiary degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years with at least 8 years in Financial and/or Banking Industry, or finance section in the Oil and Gas industry.
32. Head of Health
JOB ROLES
• Initiate, coordinate, and analyze employee medical program and health program initiative for employees and dependents; Monitor employee occupational health (including visiting worksite, meeting with project staff) to ensure optimum health condition of employee that enable them to perform their jobs in effective and productive manners.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control Medical Check Up (MCU) program for new recruits/pre-employment/pre-placement, annual medical check, specific medical check and exit medical; Recommend and consult MCU result to employee and/or HR to ensure employee and contractor in fit to work condition.
• Coordinate, monitor and implement/execute medical services and medical programs to all employees, visitor and contractors (in house clinic, insurance, social security); Develop, maintain and update medical emergency response plans (MERPs); Manage and coordinate their implementation in INPEX Indonesia and its projects through periodical exercises and drills to ensure optimum health condition and readiness off medical emergency response so employee be able to perform their jobs in effective and productive manners.
• Manage the administrative works related to medical health services, such as medical reimbursement from employees and dependents verification and payment, hospital and laboratories invoice verification and/or payment of services; in order to ensure complete administration and valid bills/invoices of medical health services.
• Coordinate and monitor occupational health inspection, audit and risk assessment in INPEX Indonesia area and all project operations; monitor the result and develop program as prevention and corrective medical health for employees and dependents as well as communities surrounding operations/projects area; to ensure all health risks are controlled to levels of ALARP and health-related investigations as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate in monitoring and analyzing Government rules and regulation, SKK Migas guidelines related to medical health; monitor and control to develop and propose medical health policy and procedures; to ensure updated medical and health policy and procedures.
• Develop, monitor and lead health socialization & training, wellness program, health promotion and rehabilitation program; Coordinate with all department for program implementation to ensure program effectiveness that support INPEX Indonesia activities and to enhance health awareness of all personnel in INPEX Indonesia and its project including contractors and relevant external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical (Medical Doctor) has experience working in Oil and Gas Industry
• A minimum of 13 years and ever hold Head position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 7 years
33. Senior Counsel Project
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts").
• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.
• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.
• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees.
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure.
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Contracts and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in law. Master’s or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience on Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
34. Senior Counsel Commercial
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Commercial and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to Commercial Matters.

35. Paralegal
JOB ROLES
• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in drafting and reviewing contracts related to any general upstream oil and gas sector (e.g. procurement, JOA, simple marketing agreement).
• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in translating any legal documents.
• Assisting the Senior Legal Team in ensuring that contracts are compliant with Indonesian laws and international standards.
• Maintaining and updating the contract management system and databases.
• Conducting legal research on the relevant regulations (upstream business activities) which affecting the oil and gas sector.
• Monitoring changes in local laws and regulations and advise the Senior Legal Team on the impact of such changes in particular in relation with the Company business objectives.
• Assisting the Senior Legal Team for the preparation of legal documents/legal materials for any Legal Department needs (e.g. meetings and others).
• In charge in managing the Legal Department yearly agreed budget.
• In charge for Legal Department’s contracts admin and costs controller (mostly the external legal counsel contracts).
• Responsible for coordinating with the external legal counsels in managing and identifying spent budgets, remaining budgets, budgets forecast including managing invoices under the supervision of the Senior Legal Team and HQ Legal Department.
• Assisting the the Senior Legal Team in reviewing and compiling documents required for transactions and regulatory approvals.
• Managing and organizing legal documentations, contracts, and filings.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including with External Counsels, other JV Legal Departments and Government Officials.
• Preparing reports, presentations and other legal documentations as requested by the Senior Legal Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Knowledge and experience with Indonesian laws.

36. Administrative Assistant
JOB ROLES
• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.
• Administer overall division and departmental’s meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.
• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/ or external communication for appointed Division.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in any discipline. Secretary graduates is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software.
• Good English Proficiency.
• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
• Have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
37. Specialist People Development
JOB ROLES
• Review Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; review and monitor current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; develop and propose people development plan and program; to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with departments target and needs.
• Identify, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; and in coordination with departments, screen employees that match to the criteria; review and analyze career path information in monitoring employee’s expectation of his/her future career as additional talent pool information ; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan.
• Prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development program, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; review and analyze the assessment of people development program result for individual; in order to ensure availability of people development programs and candidates that match with Company succession planning programs.
• Propose competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party; review and monitor the assessment result and update employee competency database; in order to ensure availability of updated competency assessment result of determined employee as a base of development program implementation.
• Develop and propose format and system of knowledge management activities, monitor and review knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards.
• Prepare people development report, conduct explanation of employee education support and Company policy and procedures to such employee, to ensure people development reports submission within the timeframe education support policy and procedures are implemented properly.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years experiences, experience in HR of Oil & Gas industry is preferable.
• Experienced in budgeting.
38. Superintendent Project Contracting
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate and monitor in developing procurement plan of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Constructions, and Installations) and drilling on Abadi project based on user Departments, manage developing of integrated EPCI and drilling annual procurement plan (APP), and propose the APP to INPEX Management; manage identification of change plan and control the impact on procurement plan and execution.
• Control and evaluate the accomplishment of services bid plan package related to EPCI and drilling; manage bidding of EPCI and drilling project according to procurement strategy and target, proper respond on exceptions; to ensure EPCI and drilling procurement process achieve excellent compliance with the prevailing SKK Migas procurement guidelines.
• Monitor and control sourcing and purchasing related to EPCI and drilling projects, involve in negotiation of services procurement; to ensure all transactions meet Company policy and procedures.
• Control in obtaining SKK Migas approval on Abadi EPCI and drilling project procurement which values above US$ 5 million; to ensure bid plan package and bid award package are completed and approved on time.
• Monitor the administration fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.
• Coordinate with related Department (HSSE and Sustainability Department) in completing certification for bidders which serve medium and high-risk job in the Company project; to ensure bidders with high risks services/job are certified according to Company policy and procedures.
• Control and Monitor the logistic fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure logistics coordination expenditure with the best economical way.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry.
39. Senior Specialist Cost & Planning Engineering
JOB ROLES
• Co-ordinate assumptions and interfaces on, CAPEX and OPEX expenditure across operations and project team in support of package activities to ensure no surprises;
• Develop Operation Readiness Plan and ensure that all operation readiness plan elements are properly prepared and planned. All Operations readiness activities are established and detailed during FEED phase;
• Provide input into key Business and Production Systems, Production Reporting System, Maintenance Management System, Integrity Management System, Materials Management System and other Integrated Operations deliverables;
• Develop Operations & Maintenance recruitment strategy and manpower plan to support execute phase of the Abadi facilities development and the transition to operations (detail design, construction, commissioning & start-up);
Develop training & competency strategy
• Manage interfaces, particularly those with other Operations and Maintenance teams in a collaborative fashion. Ensure that stakeholders are informed, and their support is secured at the appropriate decision points;
• Co-ordinate development of Operational input into the development of Approved Vendor list for Execute phase and work across package teams to ensure where possible operations input to drive commonality with existing equipment where applicable;
• Provide direction and input on operational logistic requirements. Co-ordinate input to the development of logistic operation strategy between LSB, OLNG and FPSO including crew change, material transportation (spare part, consumables, food stuff, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
40. Head Interface Management
JOB ROLES
• Manage and coordinate the team to develop interface strategy, interface management plan, interface management procedure, specification of interface management requirement for FEED Contractors, dual FEED competition (Probity) procedure and development of the supporting tools, (i.e. interface management systems). Define responsibilities for related Department as well as Contractors; Develop procedures related to interface management (including interfaces between contractors) to ensure interface management process can be optimized based on common engineering practice, HSSE and company target and minimize conflicts between all parties involved;
• Identify, analyze and define the interfaces required with different department and between contracts; Evaluate and define interface management process that being handled by Contractors; Monitor interface management plan implementation with identifying interfaces between related department and contractor; Coordinate and monitor communication between related Department and/or Contractor to ensure the implementation of interface management activities in accordance with the needs of related departments and using relevant tools and resources;
• Manage and Organize interfaces between INPEX Project Team and Contractors. Provide relevant expertise within the Project in the area of the Management and, coordination across the various teams for the Project. Monitor and maintain interface register and track interface issue being close properly in order to ensure that project phases are carried out according to plan and problems can be handled appropriately;

• Monitor and evaluate risk assessment and process optimization to ensure best practice: Review and update risk assessment in interface management project; Manage any change occurrence in interface management project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
