COMPANY MAN DAY - OFFSHORE
LOCATION: OFFSHORE - GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR
This position is responsible to ensure the well accordance with the approved drilling program and all operations are completed on time and within budget. This position also expected to oversee the work and scheduling of all third party personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day to day operations of drilling, completions and workovers in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
2. Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSSE regulations.
3. Manage day to day activities of the rig contractor personnel and third party contractors.
4. Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.
5. Ensure rig contractorand equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
6. Ensure rig and personnel comply with company's safety standard and procedures.
7. Follow personal safety as per HSSE procedures in day-to-day activities.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 15 years' experience for Company Man Day and minimum 12 years' experience for Company Man Night in drilling and workover operations, including experience in Jack Up Operations.
3. Having valid IWCF & Basic Sea Survival - please attach the certificates
4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
5. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - OFFSHORE
LOCATION: OFFSHORE - GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR
This position is responsible to perform safe, compliant, quality and effective daily inspection, preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, and unplanned maintenance or troubleshooting for electrical equipment and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and execute the planned maintenance routines and regular performance test of electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform as scheduled in the CMMS module.
2. Conduct daily inspection of electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform, report any anomaly identified during the inspection to related parties.
3. Examine faulty electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform, diagnose the fault to determine the corrective actions, prepare the required tools and material to perform the corrective action.
4. Maintain the required minimum stock of the electrical materials/spare parts in the Offshore Facilities/platform.
5. Execute installation and conduct acceptance test of new or modified electrical equipment before hand them over to the Operations Team.
6. Participate in major overhauls of electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform.
7. Act as Job Leader in accordance to PTW procedure for an individual PTW for a particular maintenance activity
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering.
2. Previous 2-6 years working experience in the electrical field in the offshore environment of oil and gas industry.
3. Having valid certificate of Sea Survival or TBosiet
4. Having qualification/certification of BNSP in electrical area would be an advantage.
5. Good knowledge on the Motors, transformers, power generation and distribution, logic and loop diagrams, electrical drawing/wiring, MCC, breaker, HV/LV switchgear, VFD, soft start, UPS, batteries, and HVAC.
6. Good knowledge of hazardous areas classification and hazardous area equipment.
7. Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - ONSHORE
LOCATION: ONSHORE - GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR

Key Responsibilities:

2. Conduct daily inspection of instrument and control equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform, report any anomaly identified during the inspection to related parties.
3. Examine faulty electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform, diagnose the fault to determine the corrective actions, prepare the required tools and material to perform the corrective action.
4. Maintain the required minimum stock of the instrument and control materials/spare parts in the Offshore Facilities/platform.
5. Execute installation and conduct acceptance test of new or modified instrument and control equipment before hand them over to the Operations Team.
6. Participate in major overhauls of electrical equipment in the Offshore Facilities/platform.
7. Act as Job Leader in accordance to PTW procedure for an individual PTW for a particular maintenance activity
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Physics/Instrument/Control Engineering.
2. Previous 2-6 years working experience in the instrument and control field in the offshore environment of oil and gas industry.
3. Having valid certificate of Sea Survival or TBosiet
4. Having qualification/certification of BNSP in instrument area would be an advantage.
5. Good knowledge on the repair, testing and maintenance of wide range instrumentation and control systems, including PLC, DCS, F&G, ESD, Analyzer, transmitter, calibration, control valves, cause & effect matrix.
6. Good knowledge of hazardous areas classification and hazardous area equipment, and US or Europe codes & standards in zoned areas.
7. Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System
SR. ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL ENGINEER
LOCATION: JAKARTA
This position is responsible to perform the detailed electrical engineering works, by providing engineering review and analytical support to the Company in regards to electrical study during conceptual until EPCI stage. This role covers the execution of all aspects of the electrical engineering under Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and integration of the Power Generation and Distribution System, which shall include review of all drawings, calculations, analyses, specification, and other engineering documents to produce a safe, reliable and efficient electrical system.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Power System or related).
2.10-15 years experience in Oil field specialty design engineering in PRE-FEED study, FEED study and Detailed Engineering Study.
3. Have a comprehensive knowledge and familiar with Diesel engine generators, MV & LV switchgear; transformers, motors, cables and other electrical equipment for medium voltage and low voltage systems; Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system; Power system sizing calculations; Lightning protection systems; and Requirements for electrical installations in hazardous areas; Safety aspects of design e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, and risk analysis techniques;
4. Experience in platform construction and modification project.
5. Familiar and have work with the relevant design engineering software and have done engineering simulation work for design his discipline
6. Experience in development plan and studies (included power availability and tie in to exsiting plan)
7. Having offshore and onshore working experience.
8. Registered with board of engineers and categories as professional engineer is a plus.
SR HR OFFICER
LOCATION: JAKARTA
The primary job purpose is to support Organization Development and Rewards deliverables to employees.
