1. Engineer Manager

We are looking to recruit for the role of Engineering Manager. This key leadership role requires an experienced Engineering Manager with a demonstrated track record in managing multi-technical disciplinary teams for complex automation system, electrical and instrumentation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in engineering management, including managing the design and execution of projects in oil & gas, mining, and manufactures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team throughout the design and execution phases of the projects.
• Manage and oversee the engineering activities for the project, ensuring that the technical aspects meet the required standards and satisfy client expectations.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and procedures for the project, ensuring efficient execution from design to completion.
• Supervise the design and specification of automation systems, electrical and instrumentations and their interface with the conditions of multi industries (Oil & gas, mining, manufacture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in multi industry engineering design and execution phases.
• Oversee technical assessments, design reviews, and technical coordination between multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and project delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, reporting on progress, risks, and technical challenges to senior management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Identify ideal sub contractor based on quality, cost and reliability
• Review, evaluate sub contractor’s performance based on various criteria.
• Work closely with client teams and stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all technical, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering-related field (advanced degree preferred) from a recognized university is highly desirable.         
• At least 20 years of experience in automation system of multi industries (Oil & Gas, mining, manufactures) with at least 10 years in engineering management roles.
• A minimum of 15 years' experience in automation system projects, including a strong background in systems and project design and execution.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

2. Electrical, Instrument, & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Programming PLC and HMI based on control philosophy, logic matric, sequence, and flow chart system to maximize solution and services given to customers.
• Analyzing customer’s problem and troubleshooting to give best solution to customers.
• Providing advice and consultancy support.
• Leverage best practices, and all available tools / resources to optimize end solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering, Physics Instrumentation or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Have a minimum of 4 years experience in electrical, automation, and instrumentation system
• Have a good knowledge of PLC and automation system (espescially using PLC Allen Bradley).
• Good communication skills and having experience in training delivery are preferable.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

3. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
• Grow and leverage the network by identify and prospect new client in order to increase market share.
• Develop long term relationships with the customer.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
• Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
• Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
• Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic /  Physics Engineering  from a reputable university.
• Have minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Engineer on Automation / Electrical 
• Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
• High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem.
• A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communications, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, target-oriented individual.

4. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation - both internal and third party.
• Outlining budget based on requirements and tracking cost to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Establish a project schedule, work assignment, and project monitoring
• Build, lead a team to ensure the project run as a plan and on time
• Managing delivery of the project according to project plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Ensure the project runs along with customer policy and HSE manual
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Instrumentation
• Have minimum 15 years of experience as Project Manager in electrical and automation projects.
• Familiar with oil and gas industry / environment.

• Able to work independently, proactive, and have good problem solving
• Possess good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be traveled on the remote area

5. Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conversion of purchase requisition into purchase order.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Sourcing / Looking for suppliers and give recommendation about its price and quality.
• Able to classification a part of electrical material based on Bill of Material

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering; (Electronic, Physic, Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanical) or Bachelor degree in Logistic Management
• Have minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Have an experience in export & import will be a plus point
• Be able to work fast and accurate, in order to fulfill high volume of purchasing activity.
• Work well in team and also autonomously.
• Have a good skill in communication and maintain good relationship with vendor.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

6. Electrical & Instrument Inspector – Oil & Gas Sector

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of electrical installations & instrument devices
• Create evaluation reports of the results of QC inspections

Requirement:

• Minimum education D3 (Electrical Engineering/Instrument/Mechatronics)
• Have work experience as QA/QC Inspector for at least 3 years (S1 graduate) and at least 5 years (D3 graduate).
• Have experience conducting instrument & electrical device inspections in Oil & Gas work areas.
• Have participated in Electrical/Instrument Inspector certification
• Status: Contract Based
• Placement: Duri Riau

7. HSE Officer & Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the promotion of awareness of HSE requirements throughout the organization, through liaison with external parties on matters relating to HSE management and through involvement in pre-qualifications, bids, contract reviews and project management.
• Investigating and analyzing on-site and in-house workplaces for potential health and safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with local and customer’s regulatory HSE requirements.
• Reviewing, updating, and adapting health and safety policies to ensure EHS compliance.
• Performs regular audits and assessments related to EHS compliance.
• Assists in various activities, risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Health and Safety Environment / Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja (K3) or related major.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience on related fields.
• Have a valid AK3U certificate.
• Familiar with oil and gas industry, Mining, & Manufacture / environment.
• Result oriented, target driven, and high achievement motivation
• A good understanding about Indonesian rules and regulations pertaining to safety.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang, Balikpapan (Preferred Local), & Duri Riau (Preferred Local).

8. Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Specify hardware and software component also develop electrical wiring diagrams ensuring the design meets the controls requirements.
• Leverage best practices, and all available tools / resources to optimize end solution.
• Write function descriptions based on the customer controls requirements.
• Able to accept customer design feedback and improvement suggestions and brainstorm with others. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or physics engineering.
• Have minimum 5 years experiences working with a variety of control systems including PLCs.
• Experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on PLCs, SCADA or HMI system.
• Electrical schematic design, PLC programming, familiarity with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC hardware / software is a plus.
• Experience in commissioning and startup of control system is required.
• Must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

9. Instrument Foreman

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading installation, maintenance, calibration, and other necessary actions related to instrumentation equipment, switchgear, system batteries on-site
• Create and supervise daily work activities on the site
• Work monitoring on-site, as well as ensure the project is going according to plan
• Ensure all equipment to be used on site has been calibrated and can function properly
• Controls the process of installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, testing, and cleaning instrument equipment
• Ensure all personnel work following occupational health and safety standards

Requirements :

• Familiar with WHCP instrument installation, pre-comm, and commissioning
• Familiar with calibration, testing, and FAT instrument equipment
• Understand P&ID, ESD logic, Technical documents, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams
• Familiar with using computers, office applications, test sheets, checklists, and FAT reports
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Physics Engineering with 5 years of experience as a supervisor
• High School in Electrical with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a supervisor
• Have an understanding of AC / DC circuits, machines, electronic theories, and components
• Have in-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
• Placement: Balikpapan (Contract Based)

10. Electrical, Instrument, Fitter Technician

• Minimum education SMA / SMK Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Understand the rules of writing and engineering drawings (loop diagrams, P & ID)
• Have experience in the field of instrumentation, especially related to the installation and troubleshooting of instrumentation / automation / control system devices
• Placement: Duri Riau (Preferred Local) & Balikpapan (Preferred Local)
• Contract Based
