Job Position:

Pump Operator Assistance (Support Technician)

Bertanggung jawab:

Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan pompa dan engine, minor maintenance untuk pompa dan engine, memastikan running pompa dengan aman dalam hal unit dan pumping line.

Scope Pekerjaan :

a. Support pekerjaan untuk pemompaan

- Melakukan function test untuk pompa dan engine.

- Melakukan daily check engine dan pompa saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.

b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk pumping equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance pumping line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMA/SMK.

• Minimum of 10 th sebagai rig/rigless crew dapat mengoperasikan unit pompa

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.

• Mempunyai OLB (operator Lantai Bor) sertifikasi.

Job Position:

Electrical Technician Support (Support Technician)

Key Duties & Rensponsibilities

a. Executes routine electrical maintenance tasks and routine electrical troubleshooting of process plant & equipment in accordance to the written procedures and company core values to maintain high reliability of the plant and to detect loss production capabilities and critical unsafe situations in order to be reported to the line supervisor in timely manner.

b. Improve individual skills by following Training and Competency Program in order to acquire the required competency requirements.

c. Contributes as a team member in maintenance and operations daily activities to maintain production in safest possible manner.

d. They are also expected to train, coach, and mentor personnel, by giving constructive feedback to the individuals and reports to line supervisor on progress and be able to develop procedures on electrical instrument equipment maintenance.

e. Knowledge and experience high voltage and overheat line (11 KV)

f. Experience and knowledge SAP system

Requirements:

• Min. D3 in Electrical Engineering

• Min 3 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry (Level 3)

• Min 5 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry (Level 2)

• Min 7 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry (Level 1)

• Effective Communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English oral and written

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong in problem solving and decision making

• Certification : Operator Kran Jembatan / Overhead Crane (KJ-A, KJ-B, KJ-C) and Authorized Gas Tester,

• HSE Training : HSE Orientation,Hazardous Material Safe Handling, H2S safety, Awareness, Industrial, Hygiene, Energy Isolation, Permit to Work System, Confined Space: Petugas Utama Ruang Terbatas (Entrant),and Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 2.

Job Position:

Sr Drilling Engineer

Job type: Contractor (TPC Position)

Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Experience level: 15+ years of experience in Drilling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Drilling Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in onshore drilling projects, with a strong focus on Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) or Pressure Managed Completion Drilling (PMCD) operations. This role requires a deep understanding of drilling and completion designs and operations, particularly for pre-salt, fractured, or carbonate reservoirs. Experience with CO2 injector wells is preferred but not essential.

Job Description:

a. Design and Planning: Develop and implement drilling and completion programs for onshore projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.

b. Operations Management: Oversee drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

c. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to drilling teams, particularly in MPD and PMCD operations.

d. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, reservoir engineers, and project managers, to optimize drilling strategies and enhance reservoir performance.

e. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and successful drilling operations.

f. Performance Monitoring: Analyze drilling performance data and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

g. Compliance: Ensure regulatory and corporate policy conformance in all well operations.

h. Training and Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and field personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in drilling and completion engineering, with a focus on onshore projects.

• Proficient in understanding and utilizing the Landmark OpenWells reporting system.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with the Landmark well engineering software suite, including Wellplan, WellCat, Stress Check, and others.

• Experience in workover operations is preferred but not essential.

• Certifications: Valid IWCF or Professional Well Control certificate is required.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in drilling and completion designs and operations for pre-salt, fractured, or carbonate reservoirs.

• MPD/PMCD Experience: Proven experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) or Pressure Managed Completion Drilling (PMCD) operations.

• A solid understanding and hands-on experience with drilling operations for HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) wells are essential.

• Previous experience with probabilistic time and cost software, such as P1.

• CO2 Injector Wells: Experience with CO2 injector wells is preferred but not essential.

• English C1 (Advance) Level.
