1. SPV ASSET MANAGEMENT ( MINING & KONSTRUKSI )

Experiences

1. Asset Controller Supervisor

• Able to do asset and inventory tracking.

• Recouncilliation between physical asset and fixed asset list.

• Doing asset opname yearly, or any-time if there’s unusual activities.

• Doing asset opname when opening and closing outlet.

• Analyzing  the risk of operating assets in accordance with applicable SOP’s  and making office asset management strategies.

• Monitor and conduct annual studies regarding the age and condition of office assets, prepare asset replacement plans so that risk and disruptions to work plans can be minimized.

• Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis.

• Assisting with external audits.

2. Fixed Assets Accounting Staff

• Identcompany asset in company’s business area.

• Perform inspections & verification, and record the costs related to fixed assets, such s buildings, infrastructures, machineries & heavy equipments, vehicles, and productive plants, owned by the company.

• Calculate and record depreciation of the company’s fixed assets.

• Conduct annual field-visit to check end recon ciliate the company’s fixed assets.

• Calculate and record the tax, related to the company’s fixed assets.

• Assisting in audit, related to the company’s fixed assets.

• Act as the operator and data controller of the company’s fixed assets, using SAP (system application and product data processing) program.

• Conduct the monthly fiscal commercial reports, related to the result of identification and monitoring process of the company’s fixed assets.

• Conduct the quarterly report on utilization  and maintenance, related to the company’s fixed assets.

• Conduct weekly report on asset deteoritaion, related to the company’s fixed assets.

• Responsible to accounting manager.

• Ify and monitor the utilization, mutation, maintenance, and disposal of the
