Oorja Group is engaged in mining its coal assets located in Indonesia. It also provides end-to-end logistical services to other companies for activities like Hauling, Stockpiling, Crushing, and Loading facilities. To support our project in East Kalimantan, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Shipping & Commercial Coordinator

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or commercial roles in the coal mining industry.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian export regulations and customs clearance procedures.

• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as ssmekspor.insw.go.id and stevedoring.ptb.co.id

• Experience in working with surveyors, vessel agents, etc.

• Ability to handle multiple shipments and ensure seamless coordination.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping management systems

• Experience in coal mining and familiarity with maritime logistics.

• Prior experience handling Letter of Credit (LC) transactions.

• Knowledge of export taxation and financial settlement in coal trading.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume shipments.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As a Shipping & Commercial Coordinator, you will:

✔️ Manage shipping logistics and budgets for coal exports.

✔️ Ensure compliance with export regulations and oversee customs clearance.

✔️ Coordinate with buyers, vessel agents, and surveyors to ensure smooth shipments.

✔️ Handle shipping documentation such as Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, and Certificate of Origin.

✔️ Manage stowage plans, coal royalty payments, and jetty compliance.

2. Stockpile Operation Engineer

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in stockpile operations or management, preferably in coal jetty or mining industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• In-depth understanding of operational processes, and material management.

• Proficient in data analysis and operational management software.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Placement in Bakungan Operation

Your Role

✔️ Manage stockpile operations at coal jetty or mining sites.

✔️ Implement safety and environmental standards.

✔️ Analyze and improve material handling processes.

✔️ Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

3. IT – SAP B1 Consultant

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP B1 Add-on Development using tools like SDK, B1 Studio, and DI/API.

• Experience in creating custom Add-ons and integrating them seamlessly with existing modules.

• Strong understanding of SQL for database management and report creation.

• A background in optimizing and customizing systems for specific industries, preferably mining.

• Analytical skills and consulting experience.

• Proficiency in business process management.

• Experience in master data handling.

• Skills in system integration.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Your Role

As a SAP B1 Consultant, you will:

✔️ Maintain and enhance the SAP B1 Module developed for mining operations.

✔️ Propose and implement features to optimize system performance.

✔️ Develop Add-ons to extend SAP B1 functionality.

✔️ Create reports tailored for users and management.

✔️ Learn and grow in the dynamic mining & energy industry.

4. IT – Support

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Diploma 3 of Computer Science with specilization in software

• SAP Business One SQL/Hana minimum experience 1-2 years with at least 1 complete implementation

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio with working in complex scenarios to develop forms, queris, stored procedures and Database management

• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and powerpoint

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windoes Server management, understading about hardware and other softwares is added advantage

• Placement in Main Office Bakungan

5. Maintenance Foreman DT/HE

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

• Min. Senior High School

• Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in foreman role, preferably in mining company.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.

• Strong experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) procedures.

• Proficient in using maintenance management software (CMMS) to schedule and track maintenance activities.

• Placement in Site Batuah Office

6. HE Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams for heavy equipment, drill rigs, and transport vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment

• Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational standards.

7. Jr. Maintenance Planner DT/HE

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

• Basic understanding of maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.

• Knowledge of maintenance work orders, equipment reliability, and performance metrics (e.g., MTTR, MTBF).

8. Stockpile Superintendent

Location: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree of Mining Engineering

• Have min. 5 year experiences as a Mining Engineer especially with experience running Fleet Management System / Stockpile operation.

• Good understanding of Mining Business Process.

• Good analytical skill and problem solving.

• Strong reporting and technical writing.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications especially in report preparation and presentation.

• Good customer service and team work.

• Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Your Role

• Create and implement SOP of stockpile and jetty operation,

• Ensure all operations run as procedures,

• Set up and manage coal hauling requirement, ROM & stockpiling management, and coal barging & schedule according to plan,

• Ensure FIFO on stockpile as priority,

• Manage quantity and quality of coal at stockpile and jetty,

• Set up and optimize production fleet to achieve production as target (equipment utilization, fuel ratio and other expenses),

• Create and responsible to all report of operations activity,

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization,

• Allocate workload and supervise all sub-ordinate,

• Manage relationships with 3rd parties,

• Ensure health and safety policies and its implementation complied with regulation.
