An Upstream Oil and Gas Company; 3 Positions

We, an upstream oil and gas operation cooperation with PEP located in Sumatera, are currently opening several experienced vacancies :

1. Subsurface Manager

With Requirements as follows:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

• Experience of at least 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with a min 5 years in managerial or leadership role with Subsurface, Reservoir or similar discipline

• In- depth knowledge of reservoir engineering, geophysics and geology

• Strong expertise in reservoir simulation, modelling and performance analysis for both oil and gas field

• Good understanding of field development planning, reservoir characterization and production optimazation techniques

• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

• Experience in managing subsurface project teams, resources and budgets effectively

2. Reservoir Engineer

With Requirements as follows:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or related field

• Proven 5 years of minimum experience in reservoir engineering or a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry

• Strong knowledge of reservoir simulation, modeling, and performance analysis

• Strong proficiency in reservoir engineering software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG, Petrel)

• Good understanding of gas reservoir characterization, gas field development planning, and production optimization techniques

• Ability to analyze gas production data, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize reservoir performance

• Experience in conducting well testing and gas recovery methods Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

• Experience with reservoir management and field development planning is a plus

3. Sr Finance Staff

With Requirements as follows:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

• Proven experience of more than 5 years in any roles in Finance Department of the upstream Oil & Gas industry.

• Possesses experience in preparing Close Out reports is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Economic modelling and forecasting would be a plus

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
