URGENTLY REQUIRED

One of owner and operator of a full-fledged Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO) which is located at north of the coast of Madura Island, Indonesia invites you to join the team for the following positions:

1. Group QHSE Manager (QHSE – Office)

This is a unspecified employment that will be based in Jakarta office with the following requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Lead/Manager or equivalent in offshore oil & gas industry on Corporate Level and operation.

 with diploma or recognized qualifications in engineering and/or a HSE related discipline

significant knowledge, skills, experience, competency and technical know-how in mitigating and managing HSE MS process and framework, as well as managing QHSE / HSE MS Performance Management System.

Has a competency, skill and diligent knowledge of PTW systems, JHA/ JSA and risk assessment procedures, CMMS and Safety Critical Elements (SCEs).

Understanding of the principles of safety management (HSE MS), hazard identification (HEMP - HAZARD EFFECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS), risk assessment and control (RAM - RISK ASSESSMENT MATRIX and RCA - ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS) and compliance to Company's Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality Management Systems.

Perform audit to company facilities operations for statutory compliance and Integrated Management System requirements.

Familiar with ISM Code, Solas, Marpol and DPA certified is an advantage as well as experience in HSE operation practiced and/or process safety.

2. Operation Superintendent (Operation-Office)

This is unspecified employment with the following requirements:

Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science, 15 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience including at least 10 years in a supervisory / management position.

Previous experience with Operations & Maintenance of hydrocarbon process and marine equipment, and/or having solid experience in Indonesia.

To become company’s representatives for coordination with client for Technical and other associated/relevant issued related to FPSO Operation.

Overseeing and streamlining all overall Operations & Maintenance plan as per the company approved annual and long-term budget and ensuring that budgets and business objectives are met.

3. Sr. Finance Executive (Finance – Office)

This is unspecified employment with the following criteria’s;

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in Finance, financial analysis, account payable, cash flow projection, invoice management, record the receivables and reconcile the accounts, monthly tax computation & filings, manage all tax queries from Authorities, budget monitoring, audit, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Excellent in Ms. Excel. Having experience working at KAP added value.
