PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

LONG TERM PLANNING ENGINEER (CODE : LTPE-II/25)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Continuously evaluate and update the Life of Mine (LOM) designs to adapt to changing conditions or to optimize production;

• Support the Life of Mine optimization process by analyzing and proposing adjustments to the LOM design that enhance operational performance and profitability;

• Work closely with other departments (operations, geology, planning, and senior management) to ensure the efficient integration of LOM designs into the mining schedule;

• Provide critical input to the development and updating of the LOM production schedules, focusing on maximizing throughput and minimizing downtime;

• Prepare and submit a Monthly Life of Mine (LTP) Report that provides an overview of the progress, performance, and changes related to long-term planning and optimization;

• Report on key metrics, including material movement, production rates, costs, and schedule performance;

• Provide required data and insights to support Feasibility Studies, ensuring that the Life of Mine design is incorporated into the broader project feasibility assessments;

• Contribute to evaluating alternative strategies to improve project outcomes and ensure the designs meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements;

• When required, make changes to LOM designs to optimize production, enhance operational efficiency, or adjust to unforeseen challenges (e.g., changing resource availability or operational constraints);

• Analyse data and forecast future production needs to determine areas where modifications to the design may be required;

• Prepare detailed mining project work schedules to ensure that all tasks, from design to execution, are carried out on time and in line with project goals;

• Develop, implement, and maintain high-standard procedures for all LOM-related activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices;

• Periodically review and update these procedures to reflect changes in operational needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements;

• Perform any other assignments as may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field;

2. Proven experience in mine planning, long-term planning, or project management in a mining environment;

3. Expertise in mine planning and design software (e.g., surpac, minesched, whittle);

4. Strong analytical skills for optimization and forecasting;

5. Ability to create and update long-term production schedules;

6. Experience in feasibility studies and project evaluations;

7. Excellent communication and reporting skills;

8. In-depth understanding of mining operations, resource estimation, and regulatory compliance;

9. Ability to collaborate with various departments and make design adjustments for optimization;

10. POP certification is an advantage;

11. Able to demonstrate awareness of corporate safety and environmental practices.

 

SHORT TERM PLANNING SR. ENGINEER (Job Code : STPSE/II/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Provide monthly rolling forecasts and projections for year-end mine plans in accordance with budget;

• Ensure colleagues understand the mine plan and schedules and drive adherence to the plan;

• Ensure daily excavation locations are consistent with weekly plans (ensure good coordination with mining engineers);

• Ensure weekly plans follow monthly rolling forecast;

• Evaluate pit design or make changes as needed to optimize safety and production;

• Provide mine plan compliance and identify issues for continuous improvement;

• Provide the data (mine plans, mine designs and etcs) for RKAB submission annually and liaise with Short Term Planning Superintendent;

• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Graduated from University majoring in Mining;

2. Min. 5 years experience in the mine planning or engineering in Gold Mine Company;

3. Deep knowledge of computer skills, mine design & mine planning;

4. Good communication skill in Bahasa & English - either written & spoken;

5. Excellent skill in Surpac & Minesched;

6. POP certified is preferable;

7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

UG MINE CONTROLLER (CODE : UMC/I/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Monitor and coordinate the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials in the underground mine;

• Schedule and dispatch equipment (e.g., loaders, trucks, drills) to specific locations based on production needs and priorities;

• Communicate with mine workers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.

• Keep accurate records of equipment usage, production data, and personnel movements;

• Track production progress and ensure targets are met;

• Maintain logs of daily activities, including equipment usage, personnel movements, and production data;

• Generate reports on production metrics, equipment performance, also incidents and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date for compliance and auditing purposes;

• Ensure that equipment and resources are allocated efficiently to avoid downtime;

• Provide a detailed handover to the next dispatcher at the end of the shift, including updates on ongoing operations, equipment status, and any issues that need attention;

• Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Diploma degree in mining engineering, geology, or a related field may be required for more advanced positions or in larger mining operations;

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in underground mining environment is required, may involve roles such as underground miner, supervisor, or other positions related to mine operations, safety, and maintenance;

3. Understand of underground mining methods, safety protocols, and equipment;

4. Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel);

5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure;

6. Has knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety protocols;

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

8. Certification or training in mine dispatching or a related field may be required;

9. Able to demonstrate awareness of corporate safety and environmental practices.
