We are offering job opportunities for project-based positions at ENI Muara Bakau under a framework contract with PT Wira Cipta Perkasa.

 

1. Environmental Studies Specialist

Accountability:

- Responsible for overseeing the environmental studies both for operations , exploration and development within Company organization and ensuring that compliance to environmental legislation is met.

Business Planning:

- Develop budget proposal as required in development of HSES Annual Plan and Work & Budget on Environment aspect

- Develop, establish, track, manage and report  of environment studies and monitoring contract

Environment Studies:

- Coordinate development of Environment Studies (AMDAL, UKL/UPL) to obtain environment approval and other studies required by stakeholder (EBA, ESHIA)

- Develop time plan and monitor environment approval process

- Develop and establish  ESHIA repository

- Coordinate contracts management and contractors working with eni Indonesia on environmental studies

- Build relationships with external environmental service providers

- Represent the organization in public hearings and consultations in relation to environmental studies/matters

- prepare environmental permits/licenses

Compliance and Permitting:

- Coordinate plan, implementation, and monitoring of obligations in the Environment License and other requirements

- Consolidate and analyze data for periodic Environment performance report to Company HQ and government as required by regulation

- As company representative in performing discussion with Authorities in regards to Environmental approval process by developing dossier and technical presentation to authorities

- Assess compliance status to Environment regulation and Company requirements and policies by developing and maintaining evaluation of compliance

- Develop and sharing know how with regards to requirements in environment approval to ensure

- Prepare audit plan and perform environment audit/assessment to site operation and Contractor to measure the compliance towards requirements in the applicable regulation, environment license and other requirements

- Provide advice to project/operation/exploration/drilling team in regards to Environmental issues (applicable regulations, biodiversity protection)

- Keep up-to-date with Indonesia latest applicable regulation and legislation

- Implement strategy to ensure compliance is prioritized and championed at all levels within Compa

Stakeholder Management

- Develop presentation and dossier to government as part of assessment  in the environment approval process in coordination with Operation, Project, Drilling, Reservoir Exploration and SER

- Engage and liaise with government during environment studies development and assessment

- In coordination with SER department develop and update Stakeholder Management system

- Ensure HSE meetings requirement between government agencies and Company in environment assessment is identified, and proper preparation and closure of action items are secured.

Management and Emergency Preparedness System

- Develop and  maintain environment procedures to ensure consistency implementation of Environment Management System in environment activities

- Develop and update Environment Aspect Impact register

- Ensure the implementation of ISO 14001 Management System through monitoring, audit/inspection and reporting

- Participate in investigation of non-conformances/incident and ensure the execution of follow up action

- Act as Environment Unit Leader as part of Emergency Management Response Team

- Coordinate the updating and development Environment Sensitivity Index

Biodiversity

- Develop biodiversity protection action plans and reporting

- Provide technical review, advise and monitor reinstatement and re-greening project

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor Degree (Environment, Forestry, chemical, biology or relevant field)

Professional Qualification:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Environment subject (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry)

- Environmental Management System, Biodiversity, Environmental Prevention & Protection, and Regulation Requirement

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Technical Competencies:

-  Exposure to Operations oil and gas

- HSE Management System & Audit

- AMDAL & UKL UPL Process

2. Environmental Reporting Specialist

Accountability:

- Coordinate data collection in the development of Company Environment 4 Years Plan.

- Provide technical support in development of HSES Annual Plan and Work & Budget on Environment aspect.

- Coordinate plan, implementation, and monitoring of Environment parameters as required by government and other requirements.

- Consolidate data for periodic Environment performance report to Company's HQ  and government as required by regulation.

- As company representative in performing site assessment & discussion with Authorities in regards to Environmental issues.

- Facilitate in obtaining environment permits by developing dossier and technical presentation to authorities.

- Assess compliance status to Environment regulation and Company requirements and policies by developing and maintaining evaluation of compliance.

- Establish & monitor required contracts related to environment monitoring and waste management.

- Prepare audit plan and perform environment audit/assessment to site operation and Contractor to measure the environment Performance.

- Provide advice to project/operation/exploration/drilling team in regards to Environmental issues.

- Member of task force in Company Energy Efficiency Program.

- Consolidate and analyze environment data as required by stakeholder (government, partner, Certification body) & HQ.

- Monitor the implementation of ISO 14001 Management System.

- Participate in investigation of non-conformances/incident.

- Act as Environment Unit Leader as part of Emergency Management Response Team.

- Comply with HSE regulation, HSE Policy and other applicable requirements during performing day today activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Relevant Degree (preferably in Engineering Degree)

Professional Qualification:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry)

- Professional Skill: Environmental Management System, Environmental Audit, Environmental Prevention & Protection, and Regulation Requirement.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

-  Basic understanding on HSE.

3. Completion Engineer

Accountability:

- Overall technical integrity of D&C design, compliance with well project objectives.

- Well design and operational sequence optimization.

- To prepare engineering programs covering whole well activities (drilling, completion, workover, well testing and wireline/rigless). Support Well Operations manager to prepare budget.

- Liaise with Exploration and Technical Departments in order to define suitable well design, operational sequence and cost reduction. Carrying out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well operations with recommendations of new techniques required.

- Preparing accurate cost breakdown estimates for wells to be drilled and/or workover. Tracking and benchmarking drilling performance and cost. Coordinating the preparation of post well reports. Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders.

- Ensuring that activities carried out by Contractors meet contractual terms, budget costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practices. Assisting rigsite operations for specific jobs.

- Coordinating the activity of drilling & completion engineers and drilling/completion fluids engineer while preparing the relevant engineering programs. Well operations close follow up and make recommendations when engineering problem is experienced. Ensuring the application of new technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Professional Qualification: Minimum 10 years of working experiences in Oil & Gas industry, especially in Drilling & Completion area.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

- Drilling Activities: Drilling operation, dry and wet wellhead systems, Horizontal drilling, Drilling Fluids & cement & cement operation.

- Advance Completion - Workover - Rigless: Intelligent completions.

- High Profile Drilling: Extended reach drilling, HP/HT drilling, simultaneous drilling, wellbore stability/sand production/prediction & control.

4. Decomissioning Engineer

Accountability:

- In charge of safely dismantling the Company's production facilities as they are taken out of use.

- Refining the risk assessments and budget projections in the decommissioning plan or supervising work onsite.

- Manage the environmental legacy of the production as the energy industry transitions to a cleaner future.

- In charge for the process whereby abandoned (or exhausted) Company's gas fields are made safe and land or sea are reclaimed as much as possible to their original state, so that they can be used for other purposes.

- Develop solutions that are not only innovative but also practical and effective.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Control Engineering or equivalent subject.

Professional Qualification:

- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Oil and Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities

- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Subsea Engineering experience

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Technical Competencies:

- Familiar with subsea equipment and design.

- Experience in subsea layout and distribution design.

5. Instrument & Control Engineer

Accountability:

- Selection of best technical / economical solutions and products for instrumentation and automation systems.

- Instrumentation and automation system overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices.

- Telecomm system overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices.

- Instrumentation automation and control systems concept design and detailed engineering design.

- To prepare ITT documentation and bid technical review for instrumentation and automation.

- To review contractor instrumentation and automation and control system design.

- Technical instrumentation and automation support to commissioning and production start-up.

- Support to Field Operations department for the troubleshooting and modification of existing facility and provide the best technical recommendation for I&C and automation solution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree in Electrical or Physics Engineering (Electronic Engineering, preferably automation specialization)

Professional Qualification:

- 7 years of Oil and Gas Industry experience.

- 15 years of instrumentation and automation experience.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

- IT Hardware Architecture (Generic)

6. Process Engineer

Accountability:

- Understand Client needs, identify and address problems; propose, develop and implement solutions.

- Technical integrity, overall effectiveness and efficiency of process design.

- Select the best technical/economical solutions, ensuring overall technical integrity.

- Quality and consistency of project (package) definition.

- Engineering activities completion according to project plan.

- Provide continuous follow-up from beginning until the close-out of facilities improvement solution implementation

- Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency.

- Ensure consistency, quality and cost effectiveness of the project design, in compliance with International Standards, Project Specifications, Company guidelines and engineering best practices.

- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Third Party Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Chemical Engineering preferred)

Professional Qualification: Minimum 12 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Facilities Engineering with exposure to Facilities Surveillance and Process Engineering preferred.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

- Accreditation in the Environmental International Codes and Standard (ISO14000)

- Familiarity with international standards for EIA and methodology of environmental surveys.

- Previous experience of on/offshore operations.

- Familiarity with the implementation of the HSE Management System.

- Designing Processing system of Oil and Gas Facilities, including floating production facility.

- Problem solving of production facilities on the process aspects.

- Developing HMB, Process Simulation, PFD, P&ID and other process related documentation.

- Reviewing process documents and drawings from Contractors and/or Vendors.

- Familiar with the Local/National and International Standard and Codes.

- Able to provide technical solution of debottlenecking the facility related to process.

- Experience in commissioning is a plus.

7. Subsea System Engineer

Accountability:

- Internal feasibility and conceptual study for new subsea field development. Prepare the required block flow diagram, subsea schematic and MTO.

- Review subsea engineering documentation submitted by Contractor (i.e. basis of design, subsea distribution schematic drawings, layout, etc.)

- Ensure the Instrumentation and automation systems overall design integrity and compliance with applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices.

- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Logistic Department and/or Contractor.

- Offshore assistance during installation and pre-commissioning activities onboard installation vessel and/or FPU.

- Follow up internal assessment for development and intervention tasks to support the Project and Operation team.

- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by Contractor relevant to subsea production and control systems.

- Witnessing of acceptance tests.

- Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant subjects.

Professional Qualification:

- 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.

- 3 years of instrumentation and automation experience (5 preferable).

- 3 years of subsea projects.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

-  Familiar with subsea equipment and design.

- Experience in subsea layout and distribution design.

- Have exposure in subsea installation campaign.

- Have exposure in fabrication yard for subsea equipment.

8. Subsea Pipeline Engineer

Accountability:

- To assist the subsea and pipelines project engineer selecting and defining the optimal subsea solutions.

- To prepare design specification and ITTs.

- To review and commenting technical documentation produced by the contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawing, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures and good engineering practice.

- To resolve ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea equipment.

- To monitor and report technical progress to the Subsea and Pipelines project engineer.

- To acquire and capitalizing subsea construction know-how.

- To train/mentor junior engineer.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Control Engineering or equivalent subject.

Professional Qualification:

- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Oil and Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities

- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Subsea Engineering experience

9. Document Controller

Accountability:

- Monitor and control project documentation according to company document control procedures.

- Prepare the Project Data and Document Management procedure, identify relevant company standards, and verify their proper application. 

- Cooperate support with the Project Team in preparing the Provisional List of Documents and in defining their relevant planning and programming.

- Monitor data and technical documentation during the all lifecycle of the project.

- Ensure that all technical documentation produced on behalf of the project is in accordance with the project requirements and traceable.

- Retrieve any significant reference documentation of similar existing projects.

- Maintain and update the Project Document Register in parallel with the status of the company EDAM database system.

- Issue and diffuse monthly reports on Document Production Status and the latest revision of the Document List.

- Expedite consignment/return of documents and monitor their physical progress.

- Manage document distribution according to the Project Document Distribution Matrix and ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

- Ensure documents are available both in the Project Filing Cabinets (hard copy) and in the Company DMS (electronic file).

- Prevent access to obsolete documentation.

- Provide support for the handover of final documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or any relevant majors. Additional certificate in IT and Business Administration would be an advantage

Professional Qualification:

- Experience in Project Document Control in a major Oil and Gas Company, Engineering Company, or Construction Company

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the O&G Industry (offshore and onshore)

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a prior similar position

- Minimum 3 years of working experience with contractors and supervising the contractors

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Technical Competencies:

- Good knowledge and understanding of the structure of Engineering and Project Documentations, Close-Out Reports, Project Management Methodologies and Techniques, Vendor Data Books, and Tendering Processes

10. Contract Administrator

Accountability:

- Assist Teams in the management of Contracts in compliance with procedures and guidelines.

- Ensure Contractor compliance with Contract Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Deliverables and Schedule.

- Provide general contractual / commercial advice for the Contract Holder, Project Managers and project team members. 

- Provide necessary assistance in contractual negotiation and dispute resolution. Liaise with Procurement and / or Legal Department with reference to significant Contractual / Commercial issues.

- Liaise with Project Teams to anticipate changes and together with Cost and Planning provide Senior Management with advance notice of potential Trends.

- Support development of Scope of Work.

- Administer and maintain records of all correspondence, meetings, actions and decisions relating to the contract.

- Lead internal kick off meeting with company personnel to review contract terms and conditions, the change order process and claims avoidance.

- When applicable, attend the Handover meeting with C&P and verify the completeness of Contract documents vis-à-vis the checklist attached to the handover letter.

- Coordinate and maintain register of contractual and commercial issues.

- Prepare correspondence to the Contractors on routine contractual / commercial matters, for signature by the Contract holder or the Company Representative. Review correspondence from Contractors and monitor and expedite response times by Company.

- Attend meetings with Contractors at which contractual / commercial matters may be discussed. Review contractor’s or (in absence prepare own) minutes of all such meetings prior to verification by the Company.

- Ensure all required guarantees, insurance and tax certificates have been received from the Contractor and forwarded to Company Legal, Insurance and Tax departments for verification.

- Coordinate and prepare site instructions and VO instructions under the guidance of the Project Manager.

- Review draft sub-contract enquiries, bid evaluations and draft sub-contracts, as prepared by Contractors and obtain appropriate Company approvals / comments if required.

- Ensure compliance with ERP and EDMS procedures and processes. Certify in the ERP system the actual quantity of goods/services received by Company.

- Assist and support the processing of Payment Certificates Requests/Invoices from Contractors liaising with the appropriate Project Team members on completion status and obtaining Project Manager’s signature.

- Coordinate the administration of any back charges, concession notices or claims, participate in the evaluation, negotiation and settlement as directed by Project Managers.

- Coordinate the settlement of the final account and processing of the Completion Certificate and preparation of the Close-out Report for CH signature.

- Assist and support contract compliance review and audit activities and ensure implementation of audit report recommendations by the teams involved.

- Provide feedback on lessons learnt from Contract Administration activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject.

Professional Qualification:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of which a minimum of 3 years as a Contract Engineer involved in the preparation, negotiation and administration of a broad range of complex technical contracts/purchases with the attendant knowledge and experience of commercial, insurance and legal issues is essential.

- Experience in working directly/indirectly with an Oil and Gas company.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Technical Competencies:

- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific, technical, financial and legal documents.

- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of Directors.

- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.

- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to prescribed style and format.

- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics etc.
