Process and Piping Commissioning Engineer Specialist

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, or material engineering (S1) from reputable university in Indonesia.
• Min 8 years working experience in area production facility Topside construction and Installation, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background and have demonstrable yard leadership skills.
• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
• Review permit to work prior work commencement for piping commissioning activities. Ensuring the activity comply with Company safety regulation, Local government regulation and International Safety, Health Environmental regulation.
• Involved and provide technical support during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Demonstrate good communication skill to coordinate between relevant parties (including internal COMPANY, EPCI contractors, vendors, and sub-vendor or sub-contractor).
• Familiar with the ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).
• Familiar with P&ID, isometric, and test circuit.
• Considerable experience of relevant piping design or during installation activities.
• Familiarity with and experience of applying codes and standards such as ASME 31.3, API, SNI and other relevant standard.
• Having experience working in FPU Jangkrik and brownfield project are preferable.
• Having T-Bosiet certification is a must.

Subsea Commissioning Lead

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Physics Engineering (S1) from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in relevant instrument subsea and offshore commissioning upstream oil and gas facilities topside facilities.
• Familiar with relevant international codes and standards: DNV, ISA, FCI, API, IEC, NEMA, ASME, AGA, ISO, ANSI.
• Review and approve the documents for commissioning activities (commissioning procedures, commissioning dossier and etc.)
• Inspection (FAT and SAT) for field subsea control system.
• Familiar with Honeywell DCS system, HMI and architecture.
• Supervise megger & continuity test, calibration, loop test, troubleshooting and C&E matrix test live test.
• Support for well start-up and punch list closing related to commissioning.
• Familiar and understand working with project completion and database (PIMS).
• Familiar and understand with ITR, PTW (Hot/Cold), instrument Job Card development and approval.
• having ability in English Language.
• Work effectively with peers in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Having T-Bosiet certification is a must.

QC Supervisor

• S1 in Mechanical/Material/Civil/Electrical & Instrument Engineering or Engineering Degree
• Holding CSWIP 3.2, PCN, AWS or equivalent Senior Welding Inspector certificate
• Certified NDT personal level 2 to recognize standard (PCN/ISO) at least three methods (RT/UT/MT)
• At least ten (10) years experience in the offshore or onshore industry with broad technical and extensive experiences in QC Inspection mechanical, piping packages, structural deck and topside, piping and structural welding, including shipbuilding and steel construction.                                                                                                                       e) Formal quality assurance and Lead Auditor training ISO 9001:2015 certifcate is preferred                                                                                                                              f) Have a good knowledge painting/ coating inspection in oil and gas facilities, certified FROSIO or NACE level 2 or equivalent is preferred
• g) Minimum Five (5) years of experience associated with quality management and coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Start Up and/or Operations of project of various facilities in the oil and gas industry. And have a good understanding of Code/ Standard such as: ASME; ASTM; API; AWS; ABS; BKI Rules, Migas Regulations.
• h) Have a good communication, Strategy and Planning
• Good written and spoken English

QC Mechanical & Piping Inspector

• S1 degree in mechanical/Material engineering or science
• The Candidate shall be fully trained and have a minimum of 8 years experiences in inspection of mechanical, process piping, deck and topside structures, pipeline welding and installation, and other work associated with fabrication and installation of  onshore and offshore facilities for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Have strong experience to carry out inspection activties on Mechanical Turbo Machinery Package.                                              
• Holding CSWIP 3.1, PCN, AWS or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate                          
• Certified NDT personal to recognize standard (PCN/ISO), holding at least 3 (Three) method : RT, UT, MT/PT level 2                                                              
• Holding Painting/Coating Inspector by FROSIO or National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) level 2 certificate is preffered.
• Have a good understanding of applicable codes and standards such as: API 1104, API 5L, ASME B 31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 and other codes and standards related to piping process, structural, pipeline welding and installation.
• Have a good knowledge painting/ coating inspection in oil and gas facilities, certified NACE level 2 or equivalent is preferred
• Good written and spoken English

QA Engineer

• S1 in Mechanical/Material/Civil/Electrical & Instrument Engineering or Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in QA Engineer position for operation, production, manufacture or services of Oil and Gas inductries.
• Holding Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certificate.                                                           
• Having extensive experiences to conduct and reporting internal and external audit in Oil and Gas industry as Lead Auditor or Auditor                                                                                                
• Good Communication, Problem solving, Negotiation
• Excellent written and spoken English

Certification Engineer

• S1 in Mechanical/Material/Civil/Electrical & Instrument Engineering or Engineering Degree.
• The Candidate shall have minimum 8 (eight) years extensive experiences in the onshore or offshore MIGAS Certification and Inspection.
• Have at least one valid qualification as MIGAS inspector for specific equipment (Pipeline, Pressure Vessel, Installation, Crane and  Electrical)
• Certified Welding Inspector to recognize standard (CSWIP 3.1, PCN or AWS)
• Have a good coordination and communication with Ditjen Migas
• Have a good understanding of Code/ Standard such as: ASME; ASTM; API; ABS; AWS; Migas Regulations.
• Have a good communication, Strategy and Planning
• Good written and spoken English

HSE Engineer

• Candidate must have an Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Physical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 8 years of experience and proven track record in HSE Engineering. Must have previous experience of conducting and leading relevant tools and techniques for formal safety assessments workshop
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.
• Possess knowledge and skills on HSE Engineering Training and Courses relevant to the position such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, HAZID, SIMOPS, HSE Principles and Systems, etc.

SIMOPS Coordinator

• S1 Degree in Engineering or other relevant
• Fluent in English
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 8 years of experience and proven track record in project development / operations or HSE support for major activities (construction / commissioning / turn around).
• At least 2 years in managing SIMOPS both onshore and offshore with knowledge of planning tools and SIMOPS Management.
• Practical experience of project execution / field operations, preferably offshore
• Broad knowledge of construction / operations / field HSE support in the upstream business
• Expert knowledge of HSE management systems and industrial HSE standards especially Safe System of Work 
• Knowledge of associated technical/engineering disciplines
• Familiar with local industry regulations relating to the oil and gas industry
• Effective relationship-builder at all levels, internally and externally
• Demonstrated strong HSE competence
• Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Must have a strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of EPCI – HSE matter

Schedule and Cost Control Manager – GEOTHERMAL

• 10 years or more on construction planning, schedulie controlling, and cost controlling in geothermal, oil & gas industry
• 3 years or more as a Schedule and Cost control manager in Geothermal, oil & gas related projects
• Shall be familiar with standard software programs for developing bar charts, S-curve / progress Schedules , and Cost Control
