Job Title: Quality Manager
Purpose:
Manage the development and implementation of overall quality management system/programs covering both operations and project development during planning, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Development
• Establish QA/QC programs and the implementation.
• Manage all field quality inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level in lieu of asset integrity programs.
• Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.
• Manage QC inspection work to proceed in accordance with the quality plan, control procedures, and inspection procedures.
• Assure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements.
• Establish project quality plan and manage the execution (redundant).
• Monitor the manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities at the contractor yards and highlight any issues to project team in a timely manner.
• Monitor project construction and commissioning activities, monitor QC inspector's coverage of site inspection and surveillance activities, randomly participate in day-to-day inspection and testing activities, and perform independent surveillance inspections to ensure compliance with the project quality requirements.
• Provide active support to the project team in the review and finalization of various project document.
• Monitor the project's audit schedules, conduct, and participate in project quality audits, failure and root cause analysis sessions, project meetings, etc., as directed by Project Management Team and follow up for the timely closure of relevant action points, i.e. nonconformities.
Leadership, Business Planning, HSE and Asset Integrity Interactions
• Work closely with HSE Operations and Development Senior Managers, Project Managers, Offshore Installation Managers, Package/Delivery Managers, Production Senior Manager, Maintenance Senior Manager, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal quality, reliability, and efficiency performance of existing operations facilities and projects.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes and procedures necessary to support existing base business/facilities and new green fields. This includes personnel requirements and contracts including utilization of shared services.
• Manage the development and management of Quality Plans, HSEQ 4-year-plan and Quality annual plan and budget.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Material Engineering or Naval Engineering
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 12 (twelve) years’ experience

Job Title: Senior Budget Analyst
Purpose:
Responsible for Corporate Financial Budgeting, Forecasting, Outlook and their Analysis..
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Business Plan and Strategic Plan/4Years Plan, Budgeting and Forecasting, Outlook:
- Develop and maintain of the Business Plan, Rolling Plan, 4 Year Plan, annual budget, quarterly budget, monthly budget, full year-forecast/budget revisions.
- Update financial outlook on a quarterly basis, incorporating relevant factors from various users and inputs.
- Analyse historical financial data, company issue, and industry issue to support the budgeting, forecasting, outlook process.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, upsides and downsides.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide proforma financial reports of Profit/Loss, Cash Flows, Balance Sheet and its analysis, including variance analysis, to support decision-making.

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel
Job Roles:
• Report to the Legal Manager Operations, to provide legal support to all departments with respect to procurement, project, operation, and base business-related activities
• Prepare and negotiate contracts for services, purchasing, drilling, workover, marine charter, facility sharing agreement, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering Procurement Construction Installation (EPCI), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts and ensure their compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines including PTK-007; (b) Company’s policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Handle and manage legal disputes and claims filed against the company and closely follow up on the legal process, including working closely with external legal counsels to ensure that the company’s interests in each of the disputes, claims, and cases are well protected

Job Title: Senior Petroleum Engineer
Purpose:
Coordinate and supervise the petroleum engineering team assuring the production and completion optimization through suitable actions and the correct management of the recorded production data.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Follow up the drilling and production surveillance activity.
• Planning well-testing acquisition and follow up the execution.
• Interface with operated and non-operated reservoir teams suggesting well interventions to optimize the well performance and to ensure the correct field implementation and execution.
• Participate in the preparation of well drilling programs and plan the acquisition of the dynamic data.

Job Title: Senior Process Safety Specialist
Purpose:
To ensure that the design of new process facilities meets the highest standard in terms of safety and environmental care, so that the risk to the people and environment will be as low as practicable.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• To review process design provided by engineering contractor in terms of safety and environmental care, ensuring it is in compliance with Company Standards and the best engineering practices.
• To develop process facilities safety philosophy.
• To lead facilities HAZOP and SIL sessions and risk assessments.

To provide Subsea facilities engineering and operational solution to greenfield and brownfield production facility to support Development Projects planned in the Indonesian Area.
To assure the quality, consistency, and timely execution of engineering activities performed both by internal and contractor teams for new greenfield facilities as well as for the improvement of existing ones.

• Coordination and development of a Subsea and Offshore Development team, mentoring the resources and developing a growing path for the managed resources

Job Title: Subsea Engineer
Purpose:
- To support facility engineering and project team for subsea field development or intervention works from conceptual, detailed design, execution and installation phases.
- To support the Company’s Development Team during Project Execution Phase in the engineering, design, manufacturing and testing (performed by Contractor) of subsea production, injection and workover instrumentation and control systems (both subsea and topside on FPU) assuring that the design meets Project requirements, applicable standards and engineering best practices, developing Company's know-how in this area.

• Internal feasibility and conceptual study for new subsea field development. Prepare the required block flow diagram, subsea schematic and MTO.
