Business Development Manager

(CODE: BDM)

To be based at Jakarta Sites The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the mining or explosives industry.

• Strong knowledge of the mining industry in Indonesia and familiarity with local regulations and business practices. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Maintenance Planner and Scheduler

(CODE: MN-PS)

To be based at Kalimantan Sites

The Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical), or technical diploma with 3 years' experience in relevant field.

- Maintenance planning and organising experience is essential.

- Experience in analyzing trends in performance parameters.

- Strong in Data analysis & judgement

- Technical knowledge.

- Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic system.

MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR

(CODE: MC-SUPV)

To be based at Kalimantan Sites

The Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). Preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering majors, but candidates from other disciplines are also welcome to apply.

- Familiar with SAP system.

- Minimum 4 years of experience (2 years in Supply Chain including Material Control, Purchasing, etc).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

Operation Manager

(CODE: OP MGR)

To be based at Balikpapan Sites

The Requirements:

- A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree), preferably in Mining Engineering combined with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience is required.

- An additional financial or business qualification would be advantageous.

- The incumbent must have an intimate knowledge mining operations such as open-pit, quarry and underground massive mining methods and possess the ability to interact with customers at all operational and management levels.

- The incumbent must be familiarize himself/herself with all relevant regulatory requirements related to the mining and explosives industry within the Republic of Indonesia.

- Must have experience in manufacturing bulk explosives and operating bulk explosives manufacturing plants and Mobile manufacturing units. The incumbent should have good knowledge of chemical formulations and compositions of commercial explosives-related products

Purchasing  Supervisor

(CODE: PCS SPV)

To be based at Balikpapan and Sangatta Sites

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical), or technical diploma with 3 years' experience in relevant field.

• Maintenance planning and organizing experience is essential.

• Experience in analyzing trends in performance parameters.

• Strong in Data analysis & judgement
