Established in April 1981 by its parent company Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) is an international upstream company, engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas outside the State of Kuwait. KUFPEC AO Indonesia requires highly qualified individual to join our Jakarta team in our KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V., operator of Anambas Block PSC as:

 

General Services Officer (GSO)

Qualification and Responsibilities:

•  A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Psychology, or Social Sciences, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably within a multinational or E&P organization.

 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 •  Hands-on experience in leading corporate events.

 •  Proven experience in creating newsletters and other platform media.

 •  Familiarity with handling petty cash, general affairs, and administrative matters.

 •  Experience in managing office and expatriate formalities.

 •  Demonstrated expertise in facility management, logistics, procurement, or administrative operations.

 •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.

 

Contract Performance Officer (CPO)

Qualification and Responsibilities:

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. with minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement or SCM department in upstream oil and gas in Indonesia and/or abroad specifically in Contract Management/Vendor Performance/Contract Excellence/Contract Administration work/Local Content.

 •  Candidate must have experience and deep knowledge of managing and administering upstream oil & gas Contract which include but not limited to contract quality check, contract close-out, contract term and value monitoring, vendor KPI and performance, resolving contract disputes and claims, contract administration, Work Order issuance, local content verification of contracts, contract archiving and other contract related work.

 •  Candidate must have experience and good understanding in the local content verification process and the latest regulation of local content in upstream oil & gas industry.  Experience in handling local content in gross split PSC is a plus.

 •  Excellent negotiation, prioritization, and communication skills.

 •  Ability to prioritize and manage heavy workload.

 •  Ability to analyze complex contracts and resolve disputes effectively.

 •  PTK 007 and Local Content Verificator Certified from SKKMigas or authorized government body are preferred.

 

Paralegal (PL)

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university with strong academic record (minimum IPK 3.25).

 •   Fresh graduate having basic understanding in upstream Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.

 •  Proficient knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

 •  Proficient in English, legal research, documentation, and contract management with strong analytical skills.

 •  Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

 •  Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

 

Government Relations Officer (GRO)

•  Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, Legal or Business with over 8 years of experience as Government Liaison in O&G Industry

 •  Candidate must have a proven experience professional relationship with the government including with SKKMIGAS, MIGAS and other Governmental bodies

 •  Well Experience in explorations and exploitations stages related licenses

 •  Hands on experience to plan and implementation of CSR program

 •  Experiences in Media Relations and Community Development are essential

 •  Proven experience in advocacy, data driven, stakeholders and issue mapping, stakeholders’ management, especially in the Oil and gas sector.

Sr. Logistics and Formalities Compliance Officer

•  Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management or Law with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience with minimum 7 years’ experience in handling logistic for Development Drilling campaign and minimum 3 years in handling EPCI logistic operation and must be in a similar capacity preferably in a multinational/E&P organization.

 •  Proven experience in regulatory compliance, logistics, and operational planning in EPCI and offshore drilling projects.

 •  Strong knowledge of local and central regulatory requirements, including permitting and safety standards.

 •  Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and authorities.

 •  Ability to set up and manage logistics infrastructure, including warehouses and shore base.

 •  A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

 •  Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
