Senior Certification Engineer (HO & Site Papua)

Jobdesc :

1. Ensuring the government regulation related to the oil and gas industry is fully implemented.

2. Senior Certification Engineer will be the Company focal point of interface with Inspection and Certification Company Services, Project Management Team and other discipline engineers which related inspection, testing and certification.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the documentation for Government permit and certification purposes, especially applications for MIGAS Technical Inspection and Safety Verification, which obtained of equipment COI (Certificate of Inspection), issuance of PLO (Persetujuan Layak Operasi), Plant Safety Worthiness, and applications for Calibration Equipment certificate from METROLOGY Directorate.

• Support Company Project Team to ensure the government regulation accommodated into Company project requirement.

• Liaise and coordination with the engineering and QAQC related to design, inspection and testing.

• Communicating with Indonesian government bodies for oil and gas industries (MIGAS Directorate, and METROLOGY Directorate).

• Prepare status and reports for certification and calibration of Company equipment.

• Attend the inspections and testing with Government officer and Inspection Company representative.

• Develop and maintain the schedule and monitor the timeline of permit and certification submissions and approvals.

• Update the related information about the changes and updating in Government oil and gas regulations and Government policies.

Requirements :

1. BS / S1 in engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience.

2. Certified in one of MIGAS equipment inspector.

3. Having a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in inspection, fabrication & installation of the onshore or offshore oil gas industry is preferred.

4. Has experience in processing permits and statutory requirements and also Familiar with Indonesian government regulations regarding licensing for the use of oil and gas equipment.

5. Able to communicate well with the Indonesian government bodies for oil and gas industries (SKK MIGAS, MIGAS DIRECTORATE and METROLOGY DIRECTORATE).

6. Audit experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, construction and installation facilities is preferred.

Site Medical Doctor (West Papua)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct medical examinations, assess patient symptoms, and diagnose illnesses

2. Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications, therapies, and surgeries when necessary.

3. Develop Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports that directly related to daily operational

4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

5. Supervise paramedic in First Aider Program & Training

6. Participate in drills/exercise, trainings and medical discussion as his/her role

7. Stay updated on medical advancements, research, and best practices through continuing education and professional development

8. Onsite Program Leader for Health Promotion

9. Onsite Program Leader for Malaria Control

10. Onsite Program Leader for Fatigue Management

11. Onsite Program Leader for Wellness Program

Qualifications

• Physician with at least 10 years post-graduation experience in general medicine or currently hold a certificate/diploma/MSc in occupational medicine

• Experience on managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programme in industry, preferably in oil and gas sector or mining.

• Having ACLS, ATLS and Hypercase Certificate

• Strong in communication skill, interpersonal skill and Administration skill

Procurement Analyst

Key Duties and Responsibilities

a. Perform the process of contracting and/or purchasing goods and/or services required by the company, in order to optimize the cost-benefit ratio, according to the guidelines defined by the company and the required technical conditions.

b. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.

c. Utilize SAP MM for procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.

d. Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

e. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

f. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.

g. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing dynamics. Provide insights to support strategic procurement decisions.

h. Support Audit Activities. In coordination with other functions, ensure the submitted document in system is complete, audit trail and meet with Internal & Government Policy & Procedures.

i. Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

j. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman kerja di PSC (K3S) sebagai staff atau pekerja alih daya untuk perusahaan Hulu Migas.

• Kandidatnya juga wajib punya sertifikasi PTK007 rev 4 atau yang lebih baru

• Pengalaman untuk procurment untuk project drilling dan tender 2 tahap

• Memiliki skill presentasi dan komunikasi yang baik

• Minimal level B2 (Upper Mediate) Level untuk bahas Inggris.

Interface Engineer

Job Roles:

a. Supports the Interface Manager in managing the necessary interactions across multiple work streams for major EPCI construction projects providing relevant expertise within the project and, coordination across the various teams.

b. Ensure adequate control of all interfaces that exist for a given project’s (contract’s) scope of work. This also includes interface management between various subcontractors / suppliers / vendors and our internal units in the overall project development.

c. Immediately highlighted to Interface Manager or Project Manager any potential issues related to interfaces with a cost/schedule impact.

d. Produce and distribute periodically reports and will facilitate Interface Meetings on a regular basis.

e. Familiarize with the contract, our contractual obligations and company specific requirements and SoW.

f. Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

g. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in engineering degrees.

• 10+ years Project Experience as Company Representative at PSC Company (Upstream Oil & Gas Company).

• Solid experience in dealing with engineering and construction contractors.

• Overall understanding of entire value chain including projects, subsurface, HSE, logistics, procurement, design/construction, operation, maintenance/inspection, and integration.

• English B2 (Upper Intermediate) Level.

Rotating Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Mesin.

• Pengalaman kerja 3-7 tahun di industri Migas.

• Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris yang baik.

• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Instrument Technician Support

Position Overview:

This position is established to perform day-to-day maintenance of the gas plant operation activities in performing the instrumentation maintenance tasks at Suban Plant and Well. This position requires a qualified instrument technician with experience in instrumentation maintenance.

Mechanic Technician Support (Support Technician)

Responsibilities:

Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan engine dan baik dalam record maintenance dan minor maintenance yang diperlukan untuk semua engine dan rotating equipment, termasuk di dalam nya membantu proses pembongkaran engine/peralatan yang di awasi oleh Mekanik Supervisor.

Job roles:

a. Support operational rigless equipment (generator, prime mover).

- Melakukan function test untuk semua equipment dan engine sebelum di kirim ke Lokasi pekerjaan.

- Melakukan daily check engine dan equipment saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.

b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.

c. Daily report engine dan rotating equipment:

- Memastikan pencatatan untuk penggunaao harian dan running hour dari engine dan serta peralatan yang ada.

- Selalu melakukan housekeeping di area bekerja

Requirements:

o Minimum SMA/SMK

o Minimum of 15+ years pengalaman sebagai assist Mekanik

o Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.

o Mengerti MS word dan MS excel.

HDE Foreman (Foreman)

Responsibilities:

Memastikan SOP Perusahaan dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh HDE dan Transporter 3rd party. Pengawasan dalam penggunaan unit dari HDE dan Transporter 3rd party dengan memastikan daily check list dilakukan. Melakukan pengawasan selama mobilisasi dan Demobilisasi peralatan yang ada.

Job roles:

a. Road Assessor sebelum pekerjaan dilakukan.

- Melakukan Road Assessment dan kemudian dituangkan dalam JMP (Journey Management Plan) sebelum dilakukan mobilisasi dan Demobilisasi peralatan.

b. Pengawasan pekerjaan Pengangkatan

- Melakukan precheck untuk Lifting plan dan memastikan equipment yang akan digunakan.

- Melakukan LSR (Life Saving Rule) verification lifting selama pekerjaan lifting dilakukan.

c. Pengawasan Mobilisasi dan Demobilisasi peralatan

- Pengawasan dalam proses mobilisasi dan demobilisasi peralatan.

- Memastikan jarak aman dalam proses mobilisasi peralatan.

- Memastikan mobilisasi sesuai dengan JMP yang telah disetujui.

d. Monitoring penggunaan HDE dan Transporter unit.

- Memastikan penggunaan dari HDE dan transporter unit.

- Pengawasan dalam penggunaan HDE unit dan Transporter sesuai dengan penggunaan nya.

Requirements:

o Minimum SMA

o Minimum of 10+ years pengalaman di HDE operation

o Memiliki rigging sertifikat

o Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.
