We are challenging the oil & gas experts to join us in the position of:

 

1. Finance Manager

Job Roles:

1. Day to day leadership and management of the Indonesian Finance Department.

2. Assist General Manager and local management team to prepare the annual WP&B, and reforecasts for head office and management committee approval.

3. Actively participate in meetings with the local management team, Group Finance, and PSC management committees.

4. Track ongoing performance against the approved WP&B and AFEs. Identify and notify General Manager and relevant budget holders of any potential issues related to budget/AFE performance as soon as possible.

5. Understand the accounting and reporting implications for the development of oil & gas facility and lead the finance function into a production environment, in accordance with the PSC regulations.

6. Coordinate local statutory and regulatory financial audits, e.g. year-end financial audit, cost recovery audit (SKK Migas), etc.

7. Issue financial reports to Group Finance, SKK Migas, and other applicable parties in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner in compliance with relevant processes and procedures and deadlines.

8. Ensure all reporting, accounting, treasury, and related activities performed by the Indonesia Finance Department are completed in an efficient, productive, accurate and timely manner.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics

2. 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in the Indonesian upstream oil & gas industry.

3. Experienced with the financial and auditing processes also tax matters related to SKK Migas.

4. Detailed knowledge of Indonesian finance regulations and tax laws, especially in Cost Recovery Audits and PSC compliance requirements.

5. Experience on establish and work under production sharing contracts between foreign parties and SKK Migas.

6. Experience working for a company involved in the development of a gas facility and subsequent production.

7. Experienced in setting-up and delivering finance management processes and procedures in an effective, efficient, and results-oriented manner.

8. Fluent in the Indonesian and English languages, verbal and written.

 

2. Cashier

Job Roles:

1. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments for goods and services related to oil, gas, or petroleum products.

2. Provide assistance with the sale of oil, fuel, lubricants, or related products and ensure correct pricing.

3. Ensure the accuracy process sales transactions and issue receipts or invoices.

4. Count, reconcile, and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure accurate handling of currency.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

2. Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction.

3. Experience and knowledge with cash register operations.

4. Fluent in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.

 

3. Petroleum Economist

Job Roles:

1. Analyze projects, ventures, and company activities from an economic perspective, using statistical methods.

2. Assess the viability of projects based on reservoir management, technical, financial, and commercial factors.

3. Provide analytical support to achieve company business goals and objectives.

4. Develop and manage economic models for gas contracts, transportation, and processing.

5. Contribute to short-term and long-term business plans, objectives, and financial targets.

Qualification:

1. 7 years’ of experience across multiple functions (e.g., reservoir engineering, development, exploration) with at least 2 of these areas as a focus.

2. 5 years’ of experience in petroleum economic evaluation using industry-standard software (e.g., R, Python, Stata).

3. Experience working within a PSC scheme framework and SKK Migas.

4. Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and intermediate proficiency in petroleum economic evaluation software (e.g., PetroFed, Aries, Merak).

5. Excellent written and spoken English, Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

 

4. Geophysical Engineer

Job Roles:

1. Analyze well logs, seismic data, and core samples to assess potential oil and gas reserves and identify optimal drilling locations.

2. Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop exploration strategies and plans, ensuring efficient resource identification.

3. Conduct reservoir studies to estimate size, fluid properties, and production potential, while monitoring reservoir performance through data analysis.

4. Generate geological maps and models to support decision-making, and prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

5. Participate in field visits and surveys, ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and stay updated with advancements in exploration techniques.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related field, with a preference for specialization in Petroleum Geology.

2. 5 years’ of experience as a Geologist in the petroleum industry, with a proven record in geological exploration and reservoir studies.

3. Strong fieldwork experience, including geological surveys, site visits, and core sample collection.

4. Proficiency in geological software (e.g., Petrel, GeoGraphix, OpenWorks) and GIS software for data analysis and mapping.

5. Solid understanding of petroleum geology, including sedimentary processes, structural geology, and reservoir characterization.

 

5. Reservoir Engineer

Job Roles:

1. Experience in the preparation of the Field Development Plan (FDP) documentation for review and approval by the respective stakeholders.

2. Identify, justify, develop the implementation of workflow to evaluate and manage the field in line with industry best practices. Uses advanced reservoir-engineering techniques and integrate dynamic & static data to identify field movement and implement optimization plans to maximize profitable recovery.

3. Monitor field’s production capacities according to Criterium guidelines along with drilling workover schedules and identify mitigations in case of shortfalls.

4. Data Integration and Analysis: Collaborate with geophysicists, petrophysics, reservoir and petroleum engineers, to integrate geological data with other subsurface data. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of geological data to support decision-making.

5. Provide expertise to identify and support reservoir-engineering studies using fit for purpose techniques, which may include reservoir simulation, material balance, decline curve analysis.

6. Undertake the most appropriate studies to define the optimum development schemes with associated reserves and production profiles.

7. Work with reservoir engineering technical assurer to provide technical robustness of the choices made for the recovery processes envisaged and the most reliable reservoir descriptions.

8. Utilize reservoir management standards and guidelines to enhance both NPV and hydrocarbon recovery.

9. Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies that include reservoir stimulation modelling of various IOR processes for improvement of ultimate recovery.

Qualification

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.

2. 10 years' of E&P relevant experience as a reservoir engineer including oil and gas fields’ development onshore and offshore and full field simulation studies (use of hardware & software models).

3. International experience is considered a strong asset.

4. High proficiency in standard reservoir engineering software (MBAL, Prosper, Saphir, Topaze, OFM, PVTsim Nova or equivalent). Familiarity with other modeling software is an asset.

5. Prior experience in the redevelopment of brownfield through in-fill drilling.

 

6. Well Intervention Senior Engineer

Job Roles:

1. Preparation and review of well design, well plan and operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention and/or abandonment of wells in area of responsibility.

2. Evaluating and implementing best practices and technological advancements to Integrated Solutions operations.

3. Communicate effectively with well site/project stakeholders as needed, and make recommendations to drive flawless service delivery and operational excellence.

4. Ensure that pre-defined technical and operations KPIs are monitored and benchmarked against offset well data and pre-defined well objectives.

5. Participate, lead and ensure Root Cause Analysis investigation are completed and lessons learned are recorded and shared within the team.

6. Prepare, review and deliver all technical reports related to the project including End of Well Report, after action reviews, lessons learned summary.

7. Ensuring engineering, operational achievements and challenges are captured through case histories, lessons learned or papers and shared with the global team.

Qualification:

1. 10 years' experience in an oil and gas field as well intervention engineer.

2. Experience in regulatory processes in Indonesia, especially process the permit activities (well workovers, acidizing, well testing, and hydraulic fracturing) at SKK Migas.

3. Knowledge on well control, well completion and well service knowledge.

4. Expert knowledge of analytics and problem-solving, including ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information.

5. Exposure to analytical tools, well engineering and design software.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues across a variety of disciplines and cultures.

 

7. Marketing LNG Specialist

Job Roles:

1. Analyze global LNG market trends, including price movements and supply-demand dynamics, and produce reports to guide trading decisions and identify hedging opportunities.

2. Maintain strong relationships with LNG suppliers and customers, ensuring stable supply and high-quality service. Seek new suppliers and customers by participating in industry events.

3. Negotiate LNG purchase and sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms on pricing, quality, delivery, and payment. Oversee contract execution and resolve any issues.

4. Coordinate LNG transportation to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery, while monitoring supply chain activities and optimizing inventory management.

5. Identify and mitigate risks related to credit, price, exchange rates, and politics, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, petroleum engineering, energy economics, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of LNG trading experience preferred.

3. Expertise in trade terms, contract management, LNG quality standards, and business English proficiency. Second language skills are advantageous.

4. Market insight, communication skills, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility, with team-oriented collaboration abilities.

 

8. Marketing Crude Coordinator

Job Roles:

1. Analyze global crude oil market trends and provide regular reports to support trading decisions and identify hedging opportunities.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring satisfaction and seeking new market opportunities.

3. Negotiate and manage crude oil purchase and sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and smooth execution.

4. Coordinate crude oil transportation and manage inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

5. Identify and manage risks in crude oil trading, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to protect the company from legal or financial issues.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, petroleum engineering, energy economics, business English, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of experience in crude oil trading, with strong knowledge of trading processes, contract negotiation, and execution. Industry networks are a plus.

3. Proficiency in international trade terms, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. Familiarity with crude oil quality standards, and strong English communication skills; a second language is preferred. Competency in office software and trade management systems.

4. Strong market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptability under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility. Able to manage workloads and contribute to team objectives.

 

9. Planning & Budget Manager

Job Roles:

1. Monitor cash flow, analyze costs, and ensure budget compliance.

2. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly cost reports, highlighting variances and providing budget updates.

3. Coordinate the Annual Work Program & Budget (WP&B) and submit reports (FMR/FQR, Asset Reports) to SKK Migas.

4. Verify invoices, allocate costs to appropriate centers, and ensure compliance with cost recovery regulations.

5. Maintain strong relationship with government authority.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

2. 7 years' of experience in oil and gas industry.

3. Good understanding of PSC accounting.

4. Experience in managing cost control and reporting.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 

10. Production & Operation Manager

Job Roles:

1. Provide field staff with clear guidelines and training to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

2. Coordinate field operations, drilling, and completion activities to successfully develop oil and gas assets.

3. Design, implement, and optimize flowback, early life, and artificial lift programs.

4. Evaluate and optimize existing production using various methods such as rod pump, gas lift, and separation facilities.

5. Ensure timely, accurate information flow between engineering, geology, land, and accounting teams.

6. Work with the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) function to ensure personnel and contractors meet safety and regulatory standards.

7. Manage service providers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining operating records.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.

2. 12 years of upstream experience, including production engineering in a multidisciplinary team.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard software for cost estimates, equipment design, and well performance analysis.

4. Familiarity with industry processes, software, tools, and techniques used in oil and gas development.

5. Experience conducting look-back analysis to enhance AFE and performance forecasting processes.

6. Strong planning and coordination skills to anticipate and meet the needs of various functions in oil and gas operations.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring support for development, operations, and reporting.

8. Effective coordination with service companies, partners, and regulators to meet company objectives and maintain a positive industry image.
