1. Safety Officer

 Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering

• Having at least 3 years of experience in Turn Around or Change Out Catalyst

• Certified as Occupational Safety and Health Expert

• Certified for Inert Entry Confined Space and Inert Confined Space Rescue

• Proficient in using Ms. Office

• Communication skills, negotiation, problem solving, work planning, data processing.

• Willing to be placed at Palembang

2. Senior Static Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.

• Having at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industries

• Experienced in carrying out preventive maintenance, repairs and periodic inspections on static equipment such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipes, heat exchangers, distillation columns.

• Able to identify damage and technical problems with static equipment, as well as carry out troubleshooting and repairs to restore equipment function as well as carrying out maintenance and replacement activities for damaged or worn components, such as gaskets, flanges and valves in piping systems. Supervise the fabrication and installation activities of new or upgraded equipment, including testing and commissioning.

3. Senior Rotating Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.

• Having at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industries

• Able to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment such as fire pumps, diesel engines, gas engines, centrifugal pumps, valves and other rotating equipment, replacing internal valves on reciprocating pumps and diaphragm metering pumps.

• Able to replace Fluid Coupling and Oil Seal Compessor, maintenance on reciprocating gas engines and diesel engines, maintenance on reciprocating gas compressors 

• Able to identify and analyze damage, carry out troubleshooting to restore equipment performance and can ensure all mechanical equipment operates in accordance with applicable safety procedures and standards

4. Senior Electrical Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.

• Having at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industries.

• Able to carry out routine maintenance, repairs and testing on electrical systems, including electrical distribution panels, electric motors, control systems, safety equipment for oil & gas production facilities, as well as understanding the regulations, standards and procedures that apply to electrical maintenance.

• Able to diagnose and repair electrical problems in plant equipment and systems efficiently and effectively.

• Able to ensure the maintenance and operation of all electrical equipment in accordance with applicable safety procedures and standards and ensure the availability of backup power such as generators, UPS and other critical electrical systems.

• Able to install and test new electrical systems and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards and collaborate with other teams in carrying out emergency repairs and reducing plant operational downtime.

5. Senior Instrument Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.

• Having at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industries.

• Able to carry out preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs on measuring instruments and automatic control systems such as sensors, transmitters, valve actuators, flow meters, pressure/temp controllers and other instrument devices.

• Able to identify and analyze technical problems in instrumentation and control systems to find appropriate and efficient solutions.

• Able to carry out testing and verification of automatic control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) to ensure their performance is in accordance with the specified parameters as well as the availability of equipment and instruments in operationally ready condition to support the plant production process.

• Able to make technical reports regarding repairs, maintenance and calibration carried out as well as provide recommendations for repair or replacement of damaged or inefficient equipment.

• Supervise and carry out testing and maintenance of protection systems and safety instruments (safety instrumented systems - SIS).

6. DCS Specialist

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.

• Having experience in DCS operations  (normal, start-up, shutdown, abnormal conditions) at least 15 years in oil and gas industries.

• Have experience in engineering document readings and interpretation (drawing, procedures, method statements).

• Able to design Basic & Detailed Control Systems, System Engineering, Subsystem Integration, Commissioning & Start Up Assistance.

• Able to prepare Functional Design Specifications for Control and/or Safety Systems, and preparation of Factory Acceptance Test Procedures, Site Acceptance Tests.

• Able to configure application software and programming Integrated Control and Safety Systems and Capable of carrying out Factory Acceptance Tests, Integrated Tests & Site Acceptance Tests.

• Able to prepare comprehensive construction work packages by arranging detailed project designs
