Location: Senakin – South Kalimantan & Tabang – East Kalimantan

PT Cakrawala Langit Sejahtera (CLS) is a leading mining contracting company, looking for an experienced and dynamic Heath, Safety and Environment Superintendent to join our team. This role is to maintain the primary responsibility for the smooth implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment Department efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (K3LH) policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with applicable regulations.

- Develop a strategic plan to ensure the achievement of the HSE target set by the company.

- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to reduce risks on the job site.

- Oversee the implementation of the HSE management system in all project work areas.

- Ensure the implementation of government regulations related to mining operational safety, HSE management system, SMKP, and other standards.

- Conduct internal audits and external audit as needed related to the HSE management system.

- Guide, train, and provide direction to the HSE team and all employees to increase project safety maturity level.

- Coordinate to conduct periodic inspections and ensureall subcontractors are meet with the regulation and standards.

- Ensure the implementation of toolbox meetings, safety induction, and HSE training according to project needs.

- Supervise team activities in the field to ensure compliance with safe work procedures (SOPs), especially with the critical control .

- Handle and coordinate the investigation of incidents or work accidents at the mine site andprepare incident reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action.

- Produce regular reports (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) related to HSE performance to be reported to management and authorities.

- Coordinate with internal project management team and external parties (mine inspectors, related agencies, or customers) regarding the HSE program.

- Supporting the team to achieve individual goals that are in line with the Company.

- Manage relationships with costumers to ensure compliance with all environmental and safety permits.

- Develop and lead emergency response team at project level as regulation and standards.

- Ensure the availability, maintenance, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment by all employees and contractors.

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or K3 Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE Superintendent, especially in the coal mining industry.

- In-depth understanding of HSE and mining regulations in Indonesia

- Ability to analyze mine operational risks and handle emergency response.

- Understanding of mine Health, safety and environmental managementsystem especially SMKP, ISO 14001 & 45001.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work in remote or challenging locations.

- Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is a must.

Certifications & Licenses:

- Internal Auditor Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) is a must

- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM)

- TOT level 4 (preferred)

- General safety Expert

- Fire safety Expert class B (Preferred)

- Driver's License (SIM A)
