PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

PRODUCTION, DnB & VENTILATION SR ENGINEER (CODE : PVDSE-I/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Implement and evaluate the Production and Ventilation Engineer team's competency matrix;

• Develop Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for activities related to underground mining, including drilling and blasting activities using mechanical equipment.

• Also develop ventilation SOPs;

• Mentor the Production and Ventilation Engineer;

• Ensure and forecast underground (UG) consumable material requirements including explosive forecast;

• Design and manage ventilation systems for underground mining;

• Design and review drill & blast plan (Development & Long Hole Stoping);

• Oversee mining production operations and ensure targets are met;

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations;

• Other assignments as required. 

 Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering;

2. Minimum 5 years experience in gold mining or similar mineral extraction operations underground mining, with a focus on ventilation and production management;

3. Experience with UHCF/OHCF and Long Hole Stoping mining method;

4. Strong knowledge of underground mine ventilation systems and airflow management;

5. Proficient in ventilation design software (e.g., Deswik/Surpac, Ventsim);

6. Able to optimize mining production and ensure safety;

7. Project management and leadership skills;

8. POM certified is an advantage;

9. Communication and problem-solving abilities;

10. Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.
