PT SELE RAYA BELIDA as one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC/KKKS) and operate oil and gas block at Belida Block in South Sumatera is hiring:

1. Production Engineer

A. General Qualification:

• Graduates of S1 Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Geological Engineering from a reputable university.

• Having 5 years experience as Production Engineer in oil & gas  company.

• Experience in production optimization, well analysis, oil and gas distribution operations.

• Pro-active, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills.

• Having high safety behavior awareness and initiative.

• Having problem solving Skill.

• Good communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management and field personnel.

• Easily Adapt to new working environment.

• Good teamwork.

B. Technical Qualification:

• Have in-depth understanding and knowledge of the oil and gas production process including knowledge of fluid flow (oil, gas, water), processing and separation as well as how production facility equipment works.

• Have knowledge of reservoirs and drilling.

• Able to use software or engineering software: Well flow, Prosper, OFM and others.

• Mastery of data analysis to analyze production data, diagnose problems and provide data-based solutions

2. Reservoir Engineer

A. General Qualification:

• Graduates of S1 Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience

• Pro-active, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills.

• Having high safety behavior awareness and initiative

• Good communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management and field personnel.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Easily Adapt to new working environment.

• Good teamwork.

B. Technical Qualification and Responsibilities

• Carry out reservoir engineering evaluation, production optimization, good diagnostics and troubleshooting related to well test and production.

• Monitor the progress of intervention activities, well testing, and well surveys; holding discussions with the E&E team and operations team to resolve reservoir production and operational problems.

• Conduct well performance analysis and well modeling to identify production improvement activities, such as gas lift optimization, ESP optimization, additional perforations, water shut-off/conformance, new perforation zone opportunities, etc.

• Conduct production zone performance analysis.

• Carry out short-term and long-term production forecasting. Manage the production allocation system.

• Support subsurface evaluation. Collaborate with other technical personnel on specialized studies, such as subsurface modeling and study, design & completion strategies, sand control/management, more stringent reservoir stimulation techniques, back pressure studies, compressor sizing and system optimization related to IOR/EOR projects, etc.

• Maintain and update reservoir engineering databases for use in well and performance evaluations and studies. This includes well intervention programs and reports, production test data, well & production operation history, production records, pressure survey/PBU data, gas lift & well inventory, etc.

• Skilled in core PE/RE areas (in particular reserves estimates and integrity, production forecasting, dynamic simulation, etc.
